I stake many horses for poker and MB has been a pain in the ass in the last few months. Notarized docs and all sorts of other requirements that did not exist back in the day. And once they see something they don't like nowadays they just shut down the account.
it takes about this much persistance to get over the automated email responses... in todays era, you customer service is so automated that although you have signature below organizations responses (usually at least!), nobody is actually reading or writing from their brain.
