I registered 3 weeks ago at 10bet
my account is full verified

i made a withdrawal of 500€ to my neteller account that was 2 weeks ago!

i wrote many emails and contacted the support.
the support told me they dont handle this on the phone i should write another email.
i wrote again an email after 6days they wrote my my withdrawal is frozen at the moment with no reason-they told me i can still use my account to deposit money-but they dont process my withdrawal.

im still able to login-so my account is not closed-i did nothing wrong just i made from 50€ 500€ in 2 days-
i think they dont like people who win but 500€ is not too much.

maybe they have financial problems i dont know

somebody has the same experience?

i took advantage of a 20% re-load with a high WR & tried to bust out by dutching on baseball at intertops but unfortunatley most of my 10bet bets won leaving me with a balance of £STG 946

on reading the threads on this forum i was a bit worried about withdrawl from 10bet as this money was earmarked as my annual family holiday spending money

i requested payout via moneybookers & the funds were received after 4 days & this was over a u.k. bank holiday weekend when they may have been short staffed

sorry if other posters have had problems but i can only post my positive experience at 10bet

I have received e-mail confirmation from IBAS that 10Bet are no longer registered operators with IBAS as of Jan 2009.

The fact that 10Bet are in the UK, therefore, is less reassuring than it used to be. IBAS says that they're going to ask 10Bet to remove the IBAS blurb from their website. A UK resident could still sue them in court, now that gambling contracts are legally binding, but that's it.

Didn't you fraud their bonus or anything that against their policies?

how can you fraud a 10% bonus with a 12 times rollover?

the only fraud is 10bet itself.

Their only way to make money is to cheat their customers.

10bet is a scam book
