    Default Goldvictory withdraws

    Hi,

    I am wainting a withdraw from goldvictoy to Moneybookers since the 2 march.

    I asked them why it was to long I only received a mail saying they have a lot of job at the moment....

    Please leave your withdraw experience of goldvictory at the moment....How many weeks does it take to receive money ?

    This is the last email from goldvictory I received today.....

    Dear xxxxx,

    We understand your concern.

    Unfortunately we are not able to provide you with a specific timeframe as to when your payment will be released, due to a massive overload of requests which GoldVictory has experienced lately.

    However rest assured that your payment will be processed. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your outpayment has been processed.

    this are very bad news.

    2 weeks via moneybookers is horrible for an european book

    I'm absolutely shocked that a book that went to ridiculous lengths to steal tiny amounts of money turned out to be in financial trouble.

    I also requested a moneybookers withdrawl on 2nd March, have emailed them twice but got the same response as timouloum

    I am also waiting for my money - 385euros. I think, I will never see them. Goldvictory is now not replying on my emails. I would like to know, if SBR has already done something to help players like me.
    I think, we have to do something, we cannot leave somebody to have our money. I believe, this will happen in the future very often, when other bookmakers will see, how easy it is to get someones money and as explanation tell him: Sorry, there are no money left to make your payout.
    On the other hand, I must say, I am playing with Goldvictory since they were established and have never had some problems with them. I would like to believe, that this story will have HAPPY END

    Got $7.5k in there. Was from a $500 deposit or so, so at the end of the day not too bothered. Would have been nice to have the wild winning run at pinnies instead, of course :-)

    By the way, got a response to email yesterday. Not a helpful one of course (delays, backlog, etc), but at least a reply.

    Today I have this email after I asked then WHEN i will received my 2 withdraws ..... I am still waiting my withdraws since 2 and 13 March......

    Has anybody received a payment or a confirmation of the processing yet?


    I got this email today:
    Dear ...,

    We refer to your withdrawal request via bank transfer.

    For security and verification purposes, kindly forward to us a copy of a utility bill and a copy of your bank statement, which bears the details of the bank account in which you wish to receive your funds. Please make sure that this statement includes the IBAN, Swift Code and the address of your bank.

    As soon as we have the above mentioned document, we will proceed with your request.

    My withdrawal request was at March 7th.
    Unfortunately this is the first time I withdrew via bank transfer and I don't have this kind of statement available at the moment. Would I be better off if I had withdrawn via Moneybookers again?

    There are a handful of markets but only one is short term. They've also removed their bonuses by the looks of it.

    Please, be so kind, and write here only facts, not your presumptions. I have sent them an email - just got an answer in which they are telling me, that they only have some technical problems with their website and that this problems will be solved in a short time.

    They write me this email:

    Always the same emailstuff from these kind of books.

    But you´re right, the titanic only needs 30 minutes to sink, this book needs 2 month.

    A player emailed me, and I confirmed by looking at their website. It appears they are taking down almost all betting options. The only thing they have up now on their site for the next week is five snooker matches. Since they aren't paying out anyway, there isn't anything, one can do. But it doesn't look good.

    I would say, why are they giving us the hope for being paid out? Isnt it easier to say - you will not get your money? We have to wait unless 10 days /excluded weekends and holidays :-)/ are gone

    Their poor business model was never going to be sustainable and with removing the bonus banners and having hardly anything to bet on, new money from depositors won't be arriving to pay out the withdrawals which is what appeared to be happening from the outside. Hopefully another book will step in and perhaps they are working towards this happening behind the scenes, I don't know. Wish you all well though if you're owed by these.

    We regret to inform you that for the time being all games have been suspended temporarily. We are working with the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta (LGA) to amend the situation.

    Once we correct this situation all customers will be paid out.

    Our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience.
