can anybody explaine what is going with them
as i understand its too slowly

if it is a huge withdrawal you will have to send some ID first. Anyway, do not know about any problems with them.

I am waiting for £1300 to be paid aswell since Tuesday, they have always paid prompt before but this time on live chat I am getting the run around, this is not like this book I was told my money had been sent and that Moneybookers were holding it, just not true!

Have withdrawn earlier from Mansion88 to neteller without problems a few times.Now I also am getting run around in the livechat,and even pure lies are served to me and the most usual have been that tomorrow you will have your money.One said the verification process is ready,you will have your money in 2 hours.No money though.Today they said ID is required (which I have sent them earlier),sent again ID and now AGAIN I am waiting for my money in next 24 hours.Look like I never see them so in my opinion STAY AWAY.

I now have two pending moneybookers withdrawals from Mansion88, the first of which was requested 5 days ago.Worryingly when contacting live chat I have also been told twice I would recieve my funds tomorrow but never did.
Both withdrawals are for £1000+

on some weeks they process next day, on some weeks they process next week, it's been like that for quite some time now. i would not start worrying for a few days yet.

According to their site today there will be no deposits or withdrawals processed until further notice.This follows the recent site upgrade.
Now as I have £2600 tied up in 'pending' withdrawals I am very keen to find out how long 'until further notice means' and have had no joy from their live chat or email services.
would be interested to know how many more people are in a similar position ?

No withdrawals = panic!
No deposits/withdrawals = their payment system is broken.


One thing you can safely say is no book ever voluntarily suspends deposits :-)

well doing this website upgrade seems a pretty good decision to me as the old was pretty much shit

First of all, CONGRATS Men! You've finally got your penny out of them. However, it really took so long. Was it really because MB got a problem or just their site? will u still ocntinue betting with them? lols!!
