5dimes Deposits
Anyone have an trouble with the p2p deposits at 5dimes? Having a hell of a time with it right now. Said they can't find the transaction even though I have verified with my receipt, online with the transfer company and even called the company to verify everything. Correct sender, receiver, country and currency type.
What a pain in my ass.
never had a single problem with dep/with via p2p at 5dimes...
and thats only thing i use for both

Are you trying to deposit at a physical location(ie: Wal-Mart)? I have had previous issues this way. It is much easier to do it online.
always had problems when using p2p,never once did it go smooth,would never go through that hassle again

My deposit to 5dimes via p2p was very smooth; they credited my account before I walked back home (~10 min).

done it 2-3 times never had an issue using p2p, did mine in a store, got control # and was in account within half hour
So long story short had to cancel my initial deposit get my money back...didn't get the transaction fees refunded. Then had get another name for the other p2p company and make a deposit. Was such a hassle this time. I have made a few deposits this way in the past and it went very smooth. Of course when I wanted to make some bets for the 1st quarter of the early games it didn't work right so I missed out.
Also, yeah I was doing it a store location. I confirmed the name on my receipt with 5dimes, confirmed the information online with their tracking system and evern called the company to verify everything was the exact way 5dimes asked. The agent they use to get the funds still couldn't find it for some reason.
My deposits don't go smooth online, only at the location.

I've made probably 500 transaction... back and forth... and have had a problem like 2 times.
never had a problem, but shit happens. you should not have to pay fee. ask for a refund of the fee. if you haven't already
Got some prick CS agent. Told me it wasn't 5dimes fault as they gave me the correct information. I told them I verified every single way possible and it was my fault or the union's fault. It had to be on the end with their agent trying to collect.
Make sure you get all three names they give you exact, if one letters off it wont work
Their CS are all pretty rude and will answer back to people and make you feel like an idiot.
