I wanted to share my experience with 1vice.com. I have been around the block for awhile now and want to say that i could not have had a better experience from sign up to payout than with 1vice. I want to make it clear that i do not work for them or anything like that i just want to inform people that they are legit and that i have never had such good customer service since the departure of betjam (Scotty and Herman).
They are almost always available via live chat or phone. I have never seen a book process deposits or payouts faster in my time. I got a payout within 3 hours. You heard me right 3 hours. There are no gimmicks or bullshit and they are straight shooters.
I know the landscape is ever changing and it is scary to try a new shop but i just wanted to say from my experience in the last three weeks that 1vice is off to a great start and will continue to have my business.

Just wanted to give a second update on 1vice. I requested a second withdrawal went super smooth and had no issues what so ever. Same day within couple hours. Also wanted to say i love that i can always reach someone to for a question or to place a wager. I never get put on hold. If you haven't given it a shot i really would you will be pleasantly surprised.

I found the book because two of the best customer service guys at ezstreet now work there. I do not work for them and just found a good place and thought i would share about it. I have been around offshore stuff for about 10 years and times have changed there is no more Pinnacle (for US), Greek, or Betjam that you can depend on. I found a new place that was good so i posted about it. Everyone on the forums has to do whats in their best interest and take all the knowledge they gather and make the best decision for themselves.
I was actually just looking today at my inbox/outbox and saw a message i sent you back in 2007 about VIP (remember that site) and you really helped me out there.

Bill, 1vice isn't a new books. It is a skin of americanbookie, bet33, RDG group.

Never a problem here with them. Always quick to answer questions, and the owner emails you back even when he is on vacation.

1 free payout per month and for p2p its around $30 for the $950 max per transaction. I also want to tell Tommy that just because Griffin and myself used to work at EZstreet it doesnt mean that we agree to the way they do business. Its like saying that all Dodgers employees are a bunch of crooks just because the owner is. This is just an example and it does not mean that is what I think of their owner but it is absurd for someone to think that we think and do business like EZ just because we worked there.

honestly thought u would knew that this was an rdg corp book like bett33 or americasbookie.. I think they did pay old apex players and are trying to clean up their act...(is what the americasbookie and bet33 reviews say). if i am wrong about any of this then I hope they get it straightened out.. but so far so good on payouts with the new books....

I also was contacted bout the book by griffin.. he always has been outstanding in customer service to me so i tried them out.. anything more than that being suggested is completely wrong.. I post on this site thousands of times.. 90% about point loans.. but i also have went to bat for dozens of sportsbooks that are sbr PRO books and some that arent.

It would be cool though if maybe u can contact the owners and do a site/company review to clear up our/your concerns... That way all of us can possibly trust the book further and the review will be more clear of the book overall

i'm another one that plays at 1vice and dont work for them..lol. i can just say from my experience that they've been solid so far. does that mean they cant close shop and run overnight? no...but if i'm having good experience with them, what do you expect me to say? any books is a risk out there nowadays. i'm just a small time player, i deposit 300 per pop and i try to win and lose that much. i would hate to have a book stiff me for any amount but if they do, it doesnt hurt so bad with 300. just throwing my opinions out there for any small time player such as myself looking to take a shot with a new book with great customer service. as always, play at your own risk with any books..good luck to you guys.
