Firstly , i have to say that when you bet at bwin/betoto there is a circle which need to complete.Once the circle completes ,the bet is accepted.

My case is ---> I made a live betting wager on a match.While the circle was completing, a goal was scored ...BUT... it didn't stop . It continued normally to complete until the bet was placed "successfully" even a goal was scored ....

with few steps :
1) i made a wager and the circle was completing
2) while it was completing ,a goal was scored ...the result changed from 0-0 to 1-0
3) i expected the bet to be interrupted , but it continued to complete even the result changed

a screen shot is a picture of your computer screen, push Prt Sc on your key board, go into Paint and then push paste.

anyway...do you have what time the bet was taken in your account records as proof? you could then find out the official time the bet was accepted and the official time the goal was scored and use this as evidence to support your case.

yes, i immediately made a screenshot...the game started at 4.00 pm.... at the screenshot it says "goal scored at 16:37 min " , at my bet slip the time is 4 : 17 pm ... but i don't think this can serve for anything, because they can say that the match started at 4.01 pm ...

this is not the first time that happens to me .... this time i could not capture the moment when the goal was scored and at the same time the bet continued to complete .I promise to everybody that next time i will capture this moment ... and i will send them to the court !!!

I made a live betting under 1.5 on "trofense - freamunde " match... the result was 0-0 at 16th minute .... i placed the bet and the circle was completing(once the circle is completed,the bet is confirmed)...while the circle was completing (it was at the half) a goal was scored , so normally the circle should interrupt ... BUT ... it continued to complete and the bet was confirmed after the goal was scored...did you get it ? sorry for my english

If you were betting right as a goal was scoring, expect your wager to be voided.

If you placed the wager 15 seconds before, and tried to confirm 15 seconds before the goal, the wager should be honored (unless a penalty kick situation).

If you're in the right, fill out a complaint, and we will help you. Bwin generally plays pretty fairly, although I have a bomb of a complaint about to go against Bwin.

At betoto/bwin when you place a bet it does not confirm immediately.There is a circle which needs to complete,it takes about 6 sec to complete.Once it completes ,the bet is confirmed .

i placed the bet about 3 sec before the goal,so you can guess that the circle was at the half,the circle was still completing,the bet was not confirmed yet ... at this moment a goal was scored......once the goal was scored , i expected the circle to interrupt , but it continued to complete and the bet was placed successfully.

man forget that circle...that is just for aprox time, the bet might be accepted before the circle complete, depends on your internet connection speed too.

Yeah I agree that circle is misleading. I've had bets confirm at the original odds right after something important happened in a match. Sometimes it's worked in my favour, sometimes not.

maybe ...but i assure you that if i bet over , it would be interrupted ...how is possible that the market closes after the goal is scored ??? the result went 1-0 ,the market was still open , that's why it continued to complete

i assure you that the goal was scored before i clicked "place bet " ...why i think so ???? because bookie needs at least 2-3 sec to take the information ... it was a match that no tv transmit.

I am just warning the others , i don't care for 100 EUR and i don't want to fill any complaint

Why don't you want to file a complaint? If you do and SBR will investigate this, then if their conclusion will be that you are right, it will help prevent others about the risks when betting with these guys.

i am still waiting for their response ,despite it has passed 2-3 weeks ...today they e-mailed me saying that it is still under investigation...something else , my account is already closed

as you can see , a goal is scored but the market is still opened.almeria has just tied but it is still shown O/U 1.5 ... if i had bet under 1.5 3-4 sec before the goal , the circle would continue to complete because the market is still opened ...this is exactly what happened to me.

If a goal was scored while your bet was still being checked I don't think you have a case unless you submitted the bet 15 second before the goal was scored. Their system was probably slow and accepted your bet even though a goal was already scored because there is a chance that the goal was scored even earlier than you saw it updated on their site.

The bet was still not accepted when the goal was scored...The circle continued to complete because the MARKET WAS STILL OPENED as you can see at the picture.

Result 1-1 , it is still shown O/U 1.5

i hit the submit button about 3 sec before the goal , and i am quite sure the goal was scored before i hit it because it is a no transmitted match and a bookies need at least 3-4 sec to receive the information from the people they have sent at the stadium.
