Casi, I assume you're talking for American accounts only as I still see Moneybookers listed as an option (I'm in Canada).

If they're re-adding it to people with ID I would guess some type of mass bonus fraud.

Due to an online related issue with Neteller in Germany (license related), this Ewallet will not be an option until further notice. We strongly recommend that you use MoneyBookers instead, which also offers a free payout up to $2500 US before 3pm EST on Fridays. Please excuse the inconvenience.
Please contact us over the chat if you have any doubt.

This is ONLY if your processors were edited and you are given the chance to have them back up. This will not work with Neteller for our German customers at this moment sorry.

neteller: Currently NETELLER is expanding its line of services for our members, we do not have any intentions of withdrawing service from Germany.
xxxxxxx: well you did not have intentions leaving the us market to ..but you had to
xxxxxxx: so no trouble with german gouvernment?
neteller: That is correct, we do not have any information in regards to changes in Germany.

I'll take Neteller for $100 Alex.
I don't trust them either, laying down to the US government and turning over all their records on US citizens gambling habits. Don't think CRIS would do that but.... "you never know, you just never know".

BS? If you read my post as you should man... I said that we had license related issues with Neteller in Germany.
True, Neteller may still be available to German Customers, we are not able to offer it to OUR German customers due to the facts I have stated.

still foggy. some customers there have it, some don't. you can have it if it was edited out, but only if they gave you a chance? besides what special online license they need for that?
the only reasonable explanation to me is that german gov is messing something up, may not be in a negative way and CRIS is trying to legalize themselves there?

The deal is that Germany cannot use Neteller until further notice man... we are not allowed to offer it to German customers.

As of now, BookMaker or DSI will not be offering Neteller to our German customers. Money Bookers is still an option. BetCRIS still offers it to our German customers.

Is it that neteller fees/license for german market making it not profitable for cris group at the moment?

Customer-friendly would have been if you had announced neteller options wont be available anymore for german customers from next week on (for example). That way affected people would had the option withdraw their money if they wanted to. Now you offering them book-to-book transfers for a few hundred dollars!? Ridiculous.

You have to be kidding me...
so german customers cannot use the method they used to deposit anymore, but have to pay several hundred dollars for a book to book transfer to get the money out?
Fizzzz you better run to your boss and tell him that this needs to be reviewed. I still have some money at DSI, and iam not willing to use another method, go through this hassle OR pay for a book to book.
This is the worst case of customer service i heared of from an A+ book for a long time, and if this is not debatable i will spread the word about how ridiculous CS is at Bookmaker/DSI.

bumb bumb bump...
There are enough CRIS/DSI tossers on this forum to answer this.
Why do you charge ridiculous amounts for book to book transfers after removing the method i deposited with?

The "Wsex" guy would prolly be here already if it was about his book.
Those Bookmaker/DSI monkeys are only around when it is time to praise their books.

Hey there, you're being rude. The fees have been set like that since a long time ago. As Fizzz told you, Only Neteller has been removed from german customers options due to some international regulations, nevertheless, Moneybookers is still up for you.

Yes iam rude, and i donīt care because your fees are a rip off.
Book to Book transfers are the best thing for any sportsbook, it costs them nothing if they both have an agreement.
Hostile industry, bad american goverment, blah blah blah...
but you guys are no better, make the customer pay for it.
Neteller is no problem at all with all other top class books iam using, you could at least wipe the fees for transfering my money out.
I do not want to set up a Moneybookers account only because of Bookmaker/DSI, would you want to do that?
