i fear that too of course, as i do with any book that is holding onto my money whether they are rated A+ or F-.

and while im more concerned about my funds there because of this slow pay, there are 2 positives-

    1) they have been around forever, not like its a new shop. overall this is good sign (probably negated by the slow pays but whatever)

    2) they have paid me much more then the 4750 they have been unable pay me for 80 days. it would be a strange strategy to stiff me on 1 payout but payout multiple times that amount in the meantime. if they were going to shut down, why pay me at all? and certainly if they wanted to pay me some to keep me quiet, it would be a small amount here and there, not stiff me on the smaller amount and pay me on the bigger ones.

id say much more likely its a combination of a processor issue and incompetence. books run into processor issues all the time. the good ones know how to handle it. sportsbetting.ag is clearly clueless in this regard.

I have been using them for a long time, and never had a problem until the last few months. I am most concerned because they owe me a lot more than $9500- perhaps that is the reason for all of these delays.

I think all these US serving books suffer huge withdrawals post the NFL season and with this one showing unmistakable signs of stress before it's over I'd be very worried indeed if they still had some of my bankroll.

I received another check from them today, no tracking number in advance either, just delivered by Fed Ex. Some of the processors just won't make tracking numbers available due to security reasons.

Congrat Bubba. I'm glad to hear that you finally got paid. They should compensate you for the aggrevation.

bottom line is playing at a book that doesnt pay you ANY amount for 2-3 MONTHS is pathetic, and if u keep playing there then u get what u deserve for not being smart enough to get to a solid book

Could be the processor stealing the money and told Sportsbetting.ag you've already got paid.

is it possible a processor stole the funds? absolutely. is it possible this happened and sportsbetting.ag is clueless about it for 81/82 days and counting? i highly doubt it. there are multiple reports of similar situations, sportsbetting.ag has had ample time to get to the bottom of this.

    its day 84.

about 5 days ago they provided me with a # i could use to try and track payment. i immediately requested slightly more (simple) information to help me attempt to track said payout. im still waiting for that info. this process is like pulling teeth. im amazed that they just act business as usual when a customer is waiting 3 months for his money.

Did you request it on live chat or thru email? I've learned that thru email is a waste of time, they'll never get back to you like they never got it.

there live chat has been pretty frustrating for me to deal with too. i have done it through email but have emailed people who have been "in contact" with me about the situation. 2 people have acknowledged receipt of this email, just no information given.

the way this has worked with regards to this brutal slowpay- they ask me for something, i give it asap. i ask them for something and it takes a week+ assuming i get it at all. i have said before, they are either thieves, or just really disorganized and incompetent over there. here is to hoping for incompetence!

They are giving me the run around as well. Been waiting over a month for mid three figures amount. Based on what I've read, i'm fairly confident I will get paid. Probably is it will be on their terms, when they feel like it.
I'm done with this crap book.

i thought i had seen it all, but was basically told by customer service they will be ignoring my emails! i dont see how i was anything close to out of line. will post below. the 1st is my email to her after she claimed my situation had been escalated. the 2nd is her response. wtf!!! harassment?? these are virtually unedited!

    my email:

just saying "it has been escalated" is very easy to do. the fact that simple question about a payout 85 days old asked thursday night is still unanswered late on monday shows the truth. this obviously does not have the priority it deserves within your "payment team". if it had the proper priority, we would know what went wrong and it would be fixed by now.

if i was running a company that advertised to pay out clients within 10 days tops and a client was unpaid for 85 days, i would be working on understanding what went wrong and fixing it as a priority. we would not take 10 days off around new years unless it was settled. we would not tell the client waiting for HIS MONEY that 48 business hours are needed to find a simple answer such as when a xxxxx was sent and who sent it.

maybe you consider it "escalated" compared to other payouts, that does me little good. i am 100% certain that my situation has not been given even close to the amount of priority as a customer that i deserve.

    and her response:

Look xxxxxx, its up to you how you manage your attitude towards the situation. If you don’t want to believe us it’s up to you. I will let you know once our payments team respond, as I have been doing previously.

And if we have NOT given you further information it’s because we have NO other information to provide (As I have explained before, customer service does NOT manage this info. We request it from a third party department)

Youre emails are now considered as harassment. Contact me via chat within 24-48 hours, I will NOT be responding via email anymore nor reading them (until I have a response from our payments team).

Simply not acceptable for a company to respond like that blaming other departments in the same entity.

    was my email considered harassing?

if so, then i have harassed them between 0 and about 4 times a day for the last 85 days. probably an average of under 1 harassment a day in hopes of getting my 4750 owed for 85 days.

Still waiting for mine. The last timeframe they gave me has now expired, and they told me they will let me know if they have any updates. I fear being overly aggressive with them, because they control my $ at this point, and I just want to do whatever it takes to get paid.

sit tight, guys. they will soon be offering 200% re-ups up to 1000.00. that's when your payouts will be handled. they will not let their ponzi scam collapse

This is a strange case, but I think they are doing fine generally. I am impressed on how they handled the hiccup on Superbowl living betting. They left the initial line open for about 1 hour into the game, probably using the wrong starting time. But they promptly post messages about cancelling the bets, not waiting until after the game to free-roll players. I was sure they were hammered on Giants, but they post the message when Patriots had the lead.

I was wondering the same thing. I kept thinking they were certainly in the final money grab mode and were ready to close shop after the game.
