I talked to 5dimes and they told me that they have not processed **** payouts since 1/5 and will not do so until further notice.

I can confirm that i spoke to them today and heard they are not offering this method until further notice. The reason i inquired was because i requested one on the 18th and they did process it for me but i usually would have the funds by now. When i checked the funding options on their site today i noticed that option was no longer there. Of course, panic mode. So i called and was told they no longer offer the method but that mine would process in the normal time frame, but the cs rep did mention that there was a delay with a previous batch which is probably why they are shutting this method down. I just hope i get mine and this doesn't turn into what happened with the other similar method that had the problems back in, I believe it was October. They did make good on that i will say but it took about a month.

Same thing with me, i requested a wire on the 18th. Talked to them today, they are not offering bank wires as of now. But they are definitely honoring previous wire transfers. I did receive a cashiers check from a cashout on 1-21 yesterday, so that method is also a great option.

Jmllonz let me know when you get your wire and i will let u know on mine as well. Should be by thursday at the latest.

I've recently made two $5000 *** transfer requests in early January and was just notified that they are having problems with this type of transaction. Its been over 2 weeks and have only been informed now. Anyone else having this problem?

Yeah I was told that the max for ** was 2500 for 110 fee. Just a little pissed that they waited til after 10 business days to inform me about this problem.

Sounds like they are still working, i asked why they no longer offer them. They said because they are trying to push there other withdrawal methods....

They told me the reason they aren't offering them anymore is due to delays from requests back to January 5th, they dont want the situation to get any worse i guess. Was also told that they emailed their processor to get a round about time frame as to how long of a delay it will be and what caused it, as of this morning there was no response from the processor, email was sent yesterday. This was told to me by someone above regular customer service. I'm with Nickspen13, requested one on the 18th, im fully expecting a delay, although i wont be happy about it. I guess i should have realized something was up when originally my request was denied saying they dont send to my banks routing number any longer. After that i called and explained that i have gotten several to that account and then they processed it, would have been nice if they told me there were problems right then and there. I would have used a different method, i usually mix it up anyway. I hope this doesn't turn into a debacle like the *** withdrawals back in september or october, whenever it was.

I know 5 grand isn't life or death. But I'd like to get my winnings, because they gladly took my deposits over the past month. Anything we/I can do, or am I just at the mercy of them, and I was basically playing with monopoly money.

The method in question is having an issue, so if you document in two more days as requested by live chat that you're still waiting, at that point 5D would arrange for payment via alternate means.
