Neteller payouts are still a HUGE pain. there are practically months of delay when you take into consideration all their excuses.

if I remember correctly Bill Dozer was mentioning recently that he will seriously get involved with the payout issues. what is the update?

if not WHERE the **** is downgrade? i don't know any other A or even B books where you need to wait fortnights for e-wallet payouts. they are CROOKS!!! where is the MONEY? what are the wires they apparently were sending in february? did they send 5k or 15k only??? this is ridiculous

Needless to say, there are two sides to every story. I have no idea what WSEX's is, but if someone from WSEX was on here in hysterics and insinuating collusion between you and SBR... I'd probably believe your side of the story, but that's not what's transpiring here.

WSEX is my primary book for so long I don't remember anymore and I've never had an issue getting paid. Here's a point I'd like to make:

Don't gamble meaningful stakes, ie. rent money. This gives yourself all the time in the world. When I want my money faster, usually after a nice score, I buck up for for a FedEx. It arrives soon enough, usually ... I have no idea. 4 business days? 1 week?

But it's never been a sore spot because I don't bet money I need desperately.

Shea: don't give me that shit. i wanted out about 2 months ago. at pinnacle all it takes is couple of minutes, or in this case, as this is mild 5 figure half a day. even with WSEX standards, lower standards than before (why did they do that for banking unaffected with US problems is another question) this should take no longer than 11 days.

i don't see why they can transfer to matchbook and then matchbook can pay neteller, yet wsex can't pay neteller. wtf is going here

I'll disclose that, to the best of my knowledge, I've never used Neteller for anything. So if WSEX is bad with that, I have no idea, can't speak to it.

Shea, i agree it was full of emotion. i am (and was) aware of it. it is just the way i feel constantly contacting them, practically begging to receive my money and all i get are those really poor excuses, or even lack of them.

the only person that has helped me was poster "WSEX", but he no longer visits here apparently..

and, as for SBR, i feel they have best rating system available and it just sickens me seeing nothing is done on my, and other posters, behalf. all that with WSEX still rated A here..

FWIW, I've been waiting 2 1/2 weeks for a fedex check. They were kind enough to refund the fee, but were unable to give me an expected timeframe. All I was told was that I would receive an e-mail as soon as the tracking # was available.

Moneybookers withdrawals have been taking a long time lately (1 week or more). If you can manage to catch their live support agents though (not an easy task), they usually tell you it will be processed later that day, and it is. I think I've emailed them 4-5 times since Christmas too, haven't received a single answer.

Don't follow SBR's ratings, they are biast, they are looking at this thread but you will get no reponse from them in here.

SBR's kickbacks from the links above or within the ratings guide pays their wagers , they will not slaugter the golden goose. This is why they have not replied in the Betot / Betphoenix forums either, plus many many others.

WE all need to understand SBR are not here for the truth but the profit through affiliate links.

Good books get lower ratings as they won't pay the rates that bad bad books pay for higher ratings, you know who you are Phoenix...!

simmmy, good point. i use SBR for couple of years as a guide and when there was a problem in the past, be it A rated books or even lower, someone (usually Bill Dozer) was responding almost immediately. What's more, issues were resolved pretty quickly then..

There have certainly been a number of issues on payouts (but very small in conparison to the number of players at WSEX and complaints we get in general). I can confirm that every issue that we have seen has eventually been resolved or looks like will be. Delays generally gehave ranged up to two weeks, but WSEX acknowledges on their website that 4-7 business days or longer is possible.

On at least one player issue, WSEX has stated to SBR:

WSEX sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.

We all know whats posted on their website, thats what ticks people off even more. It's not even close to true.

It's not "usually" 4-7 business days. When was that, like 3 years ago?

Their biggest problem is that they know about the issue, and make absolutely no effort to improve. Bodog a few months ago also had huge delays in check withdrawals. Now look at them. The realistic time frame is now less than a week on Bodog checks.

By WSEX making absolutely no effort to improve the situation, it just shows they don't care. Not even close to an A+ book.
