TowerGaming winnings confiscation dispute

Two unrelated TowerGaming (SBR rating D+) players claim that their winnings have been confiscated. Each player has a similar account of the sportsbook debiting their balances, allowing only for their deposits to be returned. TowerGaming stated that their welcome bonus was intended for recreational bettors only.

One player shared a transcript that shows "LisaT"—a TowerGaming representative—abruptly disconnecting a chat session.

On 13 January 2012, SBR reported that GR88 Sportsbook (SBR rating D+) was introduced to the SBR ratings guide. GR88 is powered by OddsMatrix, which also runs TowerGaming, BoogieBet, BetCave and others. OddsMatrix was first covered by SBR in July of 2009 for its relationship with defunct bookmaker BetOnBet (SBR rating F).

Players in need of sportsbook assistance are asked to fill out a sportsbook complaint form.

I appreciate your frustration but making multiple duplicate posts isn't going to achieve much other than lead people to believe you're a spammer. Please fill out the Complaint Form I linked you to above if you'd like SBR's assistance.

hi i have exactly the same problem with towergaming. i have deposited 25 euros placed maybe 30 bets won 370 euros. send them documents for verification. ID and bank statement. and they told me they are gonna take my money because the bonus was for recreational players, and just close the chat session. i am very worried and i cant beleive that. i am willing to give all the documents they need. they are just stealing money plain and simple.

I wrote a everymatrix, oddsmatrix, IBAS, bookmakersreview, sbr form, lga (Lotteries and Gaming Authority Malta). I received a reply that will examine the case, but still waiting for an answer. I hope I get my money and tovergaming not make such arbitrariness in the future. The bad thing is that my case is not unique and there are many other cases but each of his victims silent and do nothing about it.

i wrote to everymatrix, sbr. i filled a complaint form also. those guys are thieves, and we are not gonna stay silent. can you give me the emails of all the gambling sites like IBAS and LGA, so i can write them too so hopefully they can see that towergaming are thieves and help us. thanks

Towergaming is on track to get an F rating. They keep muggings winnings from anyone with a brain, and are not discussing this reasonably.
