betus suspended my account
Hello i requested a payout from Betus today. They suspended almost immediately my account. I contacted them and they say that they are reviewing my account and is nothing to worry about. Can I trust them? Are my money safe?

My first payout request took much longer than subsequent ones, there is some sort of id check they do I imagine however they never ever suspended my account during the process, I think you do have something to worry about

I think Betus want to still my money. I have spoken several times with them. In a first moment they said that they are investigating on my behavior on 11 february, a date that sincerely means nothing to me. Then they said that they are reviewing my wagers. The truth is that I have 6.178 usd and they want to still that money. I hope that SBR with help me get out this situation and I will leave definitely Betus. Is a huge money... I'm worried

I am also in dispute with BETUS.
I bought into the SPORTS BETTING CHAMP SCAM and was told to open a sportsbook with BETUS. The details of how I was to do this and who I was to deal with were very specific. The quoted 95% wins was a total lie and after the first 6 picks I was down after losing 3 and having to buy points on every game means the odds you get when you win are low. Now the sting is simple, even when you manage to claim your purchase price back from CLICKBANK it still leaves your money tied up in BETUS who will not release your money until you have wagered 6 times the amount of your original deposit. Which by the way they ensure is maximum by offering a 33% freeplay bonus on signup. BETUS pay this thief a large bonus for every mug who signs up using his personal code. No matter what you do to get your money back this 'roll over' rule is used to shut you up. So I have over $1000 in my BETUS account and they wont give it back to me. I WISH SOMEONE HERE COULD HELP

Adri, you should also let the forum know why the audit is taking place. Why it is so extensive. You were honest with me and admitted Betus was correct about your betting habits so we should allow the posting body to know as well, Sir. Both sides of the story should be presented.

BETUS is a scam. I dont trust any book that sends that many brochures. You should have never played there. You will not get your money. I dont care what your betting habits are they as BetPhoenix and other scam books dont care what your habits are when you are losing. They are looking for reason not to pay because they are a scam.
File a complaint with SBR. I doubt if they can help becaue SBR is really SBP but its worth a shot.

I was just putting a former poster's question into other words bleedblue.
They should of course pay him regardless. Just the type of customer that can consistently anticipate lines moves is not a desirable one in most sportsbook's eyes.

Okay, I've just always been a little curious as to what happens to someone who chases steam or whatever at certain books.
Anyway, to the original poster, can you tell us what you did that they are questioning? If you told the mods, there is no point in not telling the forum. I would like to know if they have a legitimate case against you, or if they are trying to scam you.

Ok. During three or four months I've betted heavy with them (3 or 4 thousand USD a day, sometime) they've found some wrong lines and past posted matches. Maybe 0.00001% of my bets. For this reason they have closed my account now for the tenth day in a row. They are not responding my emails and when I talk with them in livechat they tell me that the managers are in "a meeting" or they are not there....

they might be reporting to the IRS for tax reasons...you were betting large amounts correct?
also i had the same problem with alot of sportsbooks...this online sportsbook is all a scam

According to Betus, they are auditing every single wager after Adri was paid 11k from a $250 deposit, several past postings and bad line wagers, admitted by Adri to me via email. I should receive a summation on the incident soon.
Some examples.
1. Bet made at 9 PM when event went off at 9 AM.
2. Bet made on Dec 4th when event started on Dec 3rd 24 hours earlier.
3. Bet +300 when market is -500
4. Bet +8.5 when market was -8.5
5. Bet made on 1/24 when event went off on 1/22

So what is the right thing to do in the book's position? What is standard protocol for a book in this position? I would think canceling all invalid wagers (whether they won or lost) and then a full payout on the rest of the bets, as well as a permanent ban would be the fair thing to do. I am guessing something harsher is standard though.

I requested payout with Betus last year of around 2800 and transcation went very smoothly. I was actually pleasantly suprised of how smoothly it did go.

The guy tried to cheat the sportsbook by past posting. I really don't care what they do to the scammer, I wouldn't hold it against them. If he bet a bad line once, or a game that was already finished once, I could say "opps, he made a mistake. But in this case he set out to cheat them.
As Casi put it in another thread... "he got caught with his hand in the cookie jar".

Guys these bets obviosly all were CANCELLED. those are 0.00001% of my bets on this sportsbook. But the guys of BETUS do not tell the fact that many of this wagers were LOST. The book do not tell this fact. Obviosly they cancelled all this bets. I have made thousand of bets, most of them parlays. How would I cheat them on parlays? The problem is that I won with them some money and when you CROS THE LINE they will make everything against you.
