I've had major issues with the sportsbook.com transfer to the new global site. I'm hoping to withdraw my €100 and move it to Pinnacle. What is the easiest/cheapest way of doing so?

Background info:
Located in Canada
Currently don't have the option to withdraw from sportsbook.com. I get this message, "In order to withdraw you have to make a minimum deposit of 10 EUR through your desired payment method to activate this channel with your new account"

Right now my guess is that I need to deposit 10 EUR using moneybookers into sportsbook.com, then immediately withdraw the whole amount back into moneybookers and then deposit that sum into Pinnacle. Thoughts?

That's exactly what you need to do. They may also ask for ID documents before they pay the full amount.
