Has anyone had this happen to them before?

Place two bets at BetOnline Saturday night on the Giants +7.5 and Houston +7.5. The bets were confirmed. Now this morning I go to check my balance, and nothing change. I look in graded wagers, pending wagers, and no record of those bets being made.

Normally, I would chalk it up to me being retarded and not confirming the bets, but I am 100% sure they were confirmed. BetOnline has a good rep, so I think this is just a very strange situation.

I guess form now on I will be taking screen shots of each bet.

I had an issue that may explain yours. The "new" version wasn't accepting bets for me on Saturday. I'd click through to check, then click to place, and it would just grey out. Only when I used the "classic" version did it place fine. This was for 2 bets on Saturday. On Sunday, the "new" version worked just fine. Were you using the "new" version, and did you definitely see the red text confirming the bet was placed?

If you see red color after confirm, then the bet was not accepted. Only the blue color confirms it. I agree that they should make the rejection more obvious, because if you don't pay attention you could miss that.

Hmmm, well, I'm over it as a lesson learned at this point, but the least they could have done is rejected losing bets instead of winning ones.

I had this problem on Monday as well, placed a bet and won and it isn't showing up in the Graded Wagers. Interesting this hasn't happened with any Losing bets. What a joke Betonline is.

I typically have several open wagers since I make future bets, and sometimes I'll check the status of a recent bet and none show under any option. I think the list just disappears from whatever table the server's pulling from, as opposed to bets dropping off permanently.

BetOnline just seems shady to me. I feel like it's so cumbersome to track down wager histories, etc., and that they probably miss a wager payout from time to time.

there are several threads on SBR from end of last year that players were told they werent going to be paid out 10s of thousands of dollars from winning at poker

BOL tried to say they were cheating, same ips, ect ect...

SBR got involved and BOTH cases of the huge winnings were found out to be completley innocent, so tell me this u think these are the ONLY time BOL tries to make things up about cheating not to pay out huge poker winnings?? i dont think so

how many players that dont have the resources of being a SBR member has BOL cheated out of legit winnings??

took them weeks to even come up with hand history in these cases

bottom line is if u trust BOL its at your own risk, but the evidence is out there u should not, at least with POKER

And just to clarify, but just placed my wagers for this weekend. They were accepted, and are red text. Maybe it's a browser difference? I'm using chrome. But definitely have red text for my accepted ticket, and got my screenshots to prove it this time (so guaranteed losers).

I've very recently had issues with them. I keep a very detailed spreadsheet of all my bets, and I started noticing a balances not matching up from my spreadsheet to their site. So, I decided I'd spend a lot of time double checking how I'm recording each bet (no screen shots unfortunately).

About a week ago, I placed about 25 bets, but 7-8 of them didn't show up as graded plays. Unfortunately (and coincidentally), most were winners (5-2 or something like that).

Yesterday, I bet the wrong side of an NHL over/under for about $600. So, I bet the other side for $1200 to adjust. Today, it shows both bets on the losing side.

There is still an extremely small chance of my human error, but I HIGHLY doubt it. All I know, is removing some winners (and some losers), etc would be the easiest way for these things to go unnoticed. Regardless, I'm going to take screen shots daily going forward.

why bother with having to take pix everytime u make a wager, when u could go to a better book

now after u know what they are doing and it happens again, then u really cant be mad at any1 but yourself for keeping a balance at BOL

You are correct and I didn't say it clearly. When a bet accepted, it says so in RED text, and also some BLUE text at right side saying OK (which is what I always look to make sure my bet is accepted). When it is not accepted, every text is in red, with a warning exclamation triangle thing. That is where it can get people confused because they see red text every time regardless the bet accepted or rejected. And after 99 times in a row they see red text with accepted bets, they may miss the rejected bet.

I think they should adopt the industry standard, that when accepted, only display GREEN color. And when rejected, only display RED color.
