Good to know and finally glad to hear the US is working on some conclusion rather than just attacking agents.

It is rather interesting how they DOJ makes all their big busts and THEN changes their opinons about how things will be defined from hence forth. Coincidence ?

Many gays present in this thread judging loshaks looks/attire. Not talking about the joking around comments talking about the really critical negative pricks.

I know he's a big-deal professor at a 4th-tier law school but I'm tired of this guy passing himself off as the industry sage. It's a nice little niche he happened upon but in 6 years of listening I've yet to hear anything remotely insightful from his lips.

    His sweet sweet man lips.

After all the BS with cheating in online poker and casinos, who would seriously buy online scratch offs? Come on.

Disregarding that your opinion is laughable if you have actually looked at his background living and teaching in Las Vegas seems like an obvious choice if you specialize in gambling law...

But if you disagree care to list some of the people you think are more qualified in the area of gambling law? Better yet why not cite some examples you disagree with rather then ignorantly criticizing someone's background you clearly have never examined?

If online gambling becomes legal in US. Would the off shore books be able to compete with the companies in US?

Well, I guess it would all be state owned so they probably wouldn't be too user friendly. They probably wouldn't offer so many betting options as some off shore companies do like a lot of prop bets, point buying, live in play and stuff like that. And the state probably wouldn't offer many bonus options. And of course the winnings would be taxed.

Or would some private corporations also be able to provide online sports betting? Like hotels in Vegas?

Would that make off shore companies lose a lot of customers?

PS: Screw them haters Loshak, you look sharp.

I'd respond to you, but since you lack the ability to read, what would be the point really?

Not fully understand what DOJ statement is. Does that mean states can now legalize own sports betting, as long as money don't cross state line????

Sorry if I mistakenly believed that pointing out that he was a "a big-deal professor at a 4th-tier law school" and "passing himself off as the industry sage" was an attack on his background rather than his ideas.

I'll just accept that you won't (can't?) offer anything better than additional ad hominem attacks and ignore any additional responses.

Late in the video Nelson Rose mentions that there are 9 States that allow various forms of Sports Betting. I think I know 5 of them... who are the other 4?
