I have noticed that their customer service is lacking, but they have betting options that I enjoy and these other sites that do have good cust service really cant compare to 5 dimes betting options. As long as they are paying out I can deal with it.

OP, go back to Bookmaker with their 20cent baseball lines and overjuiced soccer, tennis, boxing, golf, UFC, etc. and have a blast. I'll take 5cent overnight lines on MLB and way better moneylines on soccer, tennis, bosing, and UFC.

5Dimes offers the best moneylines, the most betting options, they let you parlay anything, no one else in the US market is even close. Not to mention they pay, and pay fast. It's never taken more than 3 days to receive any kind of payout from them, even checks. CS supv Rommel has done incredible things for me, I've had a few minor issues with a few reps, but for everything else you get there I'm willing to have a less than stellar experience every now and again. No book, or business for that matter, is going to be A+ in every category across the board. You need to pick and choose your battles.

If you're going to leave 5D over $13 in non-covered fees so you can turn around and play at Bookmaker and give back more than that every day on high juice in many sports than god bless. But it makes no sense to me.

Yeah I had them do this to me last deposit a few months ago. I asked them before hand and they said they would cover all fees.- then they said different after I deposited. But their options are too good for me to leave Over a few dollars. I think 5 dimes is the best US book by far. I like bet islands but their betting options just arent even close to 5dimes.

Been using these guys for a while now and its not something i even think or worry about anymore, i just place my bets. Great out for U.S. players. What do u guys like money or CS reps, i like money so no rep or $15 fee can move me, 5dimes have rediculous lines and betting options, only a fool wouldn't want to use them. GL trying to get sympathy in this forum from this SBR Rated A+ place.

5 dimes on payouts is a 9.5, on betting options and bonus options a 10 and on friendliness a 4 lol.
They don't need to be friendly since they have so many customers and so many betting options.

Been with 5 dimes for 6 months. Great book with a lot of options, early lines, low limits, and solid racebook. Would highly recommend.

For $13, you are bitching..>Really? I'm with intertops, try paying $150 for a ** payout, and having to wait 6 days for a control number...You have it great there. CS is terrible and always has been. Be careful about props, you might get angled on the wording. Otherwise for vanilla stuff and reduced juice, it's a good option for USA guys.
