I got paid fast as well last two times I requested, moneybookers, 24 hours.

I'm in the US and it took less than 48 hours (the window they promise) to send money via western union. The only thing I caution is NOT going to your local grocery store to collect via WU if the amount is over 500$ - because they don't go higher than that in most places. Not a big deal here, there was a payday loan place down the street that cashed the money out to me without a fee.

Also - I havn't had better customer service with more concise information and at such FAST turnaround (within minutes) at any other book.
