A Bet770 (SBR rating D+) player states he joined the sportsbook, deposited £1,000 and began wagering. The player states he made several wagers on the Manchester United vs Blackburn game, the Swansea vs Spurs football match, and was expecting his account balance to be £920. Inexplicably, the player claims his balance was adjusted to £520 by Bet770, and that his follow-up queries have not been answered. SBR is following up on this sportsbook complaint.

how about sending you his betting history? maybe something was misgraded but they should still have an explanation ready if a customer does not understand what happened
