If you actually awaited for the outcome of a game to see if it you won or lost, then yes, they are told/instructed not to credit the bonus if the intent from the customer was to see if the bonus was needed or not after the outcom. This rule is standard in most sportsbooks.

But, if this is not the case, then this shouldn't have been the response and you should be entitled to the bonus. Call up CS and ask for Greg or Butch, they will help you out with the bonus.
