This book are time wasters and really don't like to pay promptly.

24-48 hours to process ID verification. Sent documents in on 22nd. Nothing yet, and I'll have to wait until the 4th, then 24-48 hours for my withdrawal request. Could be the 9th before I get my money out.

No one there to verifiy on 22nd, 23rd, 29th or 30th, which aren't even public holidays.

Another book where you should have your ID verified before you deposit one dime.

I'm from Australia, and pretty much all ID verification processes take 24 hours.

I chatted online to an employee who told me the security team were out of the office on 22, 23, 29 and 30 (today their time) so I couldn't.
