    Default Wagerchief Site Down?

    WC site has been offline all day for me. Is there a mirror site for them?

    Seriously. Website is www.wagerchief.com What happens when you try it--they insist it works. Not so for me. Feedback appreciated.

    Thank You. It's a BetPhoenix sister site, and WC worked fine through yesterday. BP is unaffected but they insist nothing is wrong with WC either. Something is definitely wrong though with WC.

    Update: Called the 888-238-8018 number and they insist the problem is on my end, despite other posters experiencing similar problems. Their IT is "rechecking". At least I can place bets over the phone if need be, but it remains an inconvenience.

    There is no mirror site according to the phone rep I talked to, but he also insists the problem is on my end. Hopefully they get it worked out soon, but I'm glad I now have a phone # to contact them.

    hedge, i never used them, but i tried to open the site just to see and it doesnt work for me either buddy

    so its definatley them, and very odd they dont even recognize this

    I notice SBR mentioned this situation on their newswire, which is much appreciated. WC should put out a statement when they expect the site to be up again--or at the very least admit they are offline.

    I tried on my laptop, my mobile broadband, my iPhone and had another friend here in Australia try. Even tried 3 browsers. It's still not working.

    WTF????????????????????????How can something like this just vanish? Is it just the site or the phone lines also? I don't use them but i did try to go to the site and it doesn't even show up.

    No, you're 100% right requesting assistance from SBR. I was saying that by my contacting them, I'd be doing so just as a customer. Sorry if I phrased that wrongly but that's not what I meant. I just didn't want people to think I was acting on SBR's behalf or as a rep or whatever... just waiting to get through like the rest of you. I'll update you when they answer my call

    (Actually on a side note it's Xmas week where tica time is + 3hours + 1 week,so i doubt if anyone there can fix it till next week)

    First chick told me I was lying and hung up on me. Said she'd transfer me to someone more senior with a laugh after I bitched at her for calling me a liar, she laughed again and disconnected me.

    Second guy started with "you were just here". Yeah of course I was because you just hung up on me. The girl I just talked to insisted there was no problem. I was like "bro, I just spent a shitload calling you guys, wtf is the deal... your website isn't working in Australia, in the US, in Canada, in Asia" etc... and he kept insisting it was. "Am I looking at the right thing"

    How do I argue with that?

    He did say he'd send it off to whomever but I'd say gtfo now. Seriously. GTFO. GTFO GTFO GTFO GTFO GTFO.

    I told him blatantly that there were threads across multiple forums for the past 2.5 days complaining about this and he said it's all fine. Nothing wrong with the website. It's not bloody fine. GTFO. Seriously.
