I tried to make a bet on NHL at -116, lines changed to -120 I declined. I checked odds again it changed back to -116. I bet again, line changed to -120, I decline again. I checked the odds again and it it was back to -116...

maybe a glitch. you should always try the opposite bet then to see if it is a glitch or something else

Pinnacle lines move constantly. I remember 5 or 6 years ago while traveling and using dialup internet trying to place bets on Pinnacle near gametime, and I couldn't even get my bet in because the line would move in the 7 or 10 second period it took to submit the bet.

Make a video and post it? But yes it can actually jump around like that, particularly during live betting

And what would a video show? That they change the line constantly, yes. Sometimes the line gets worse, sometimes it gets better.

It's automated..on a smaller market like hockey, when someone places a sizeable bet the software moves the line.
