IS anyone else having trouble getting payout from BetUs.com? They owe me almost $3800 and have been waiting since 10/6 for my payout. Everytime I call I am told to be patient and that I will get paid out. My story reads almost verbatim as the others on the complaint page. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to speed the process up???

I dare say no one here at SBR will send money to the crooks that run BetUS. File a complaint with SBR and see if they can help.

There are many players experiencing wrong delays. I don't think BetUS is handling this properly either... When a check bounces, and a player proves it bounces, BetUS is asking for another 30 days to put a stop-order on the check. This is retarded, since this processor is probably toast.

I am guessing that I have seen about 10 similar complaints, where BetUS keeps putting off the payouts for months. This does make me wonder if this is just a processor issue, or something more serious.

You got a check? I called today & they wanted a copy of my drivers license. Then they said they would send me a CC. They did offer a one time deal where they would send me a wire transfer. I'd rather have a check.

Checks are even a problem at the A books but people keep insisting they want a check and its the payout method with the most problems and delays. Get payouts with other methods and you wont keep having those problems or stay hard headed asking for checks that have higher odds of giving you a problem.

Call them every single day and bug the crap out of them until they get tired of hearing you and send you the cash. If they offer a different payout method, take it. Don't use the funds to play more lol.

I have been going around and around with them even on docs, always something wrong with them, cant read this or that, need more of that etc, guy who stole my identity needed less documents to open CC accounts lol{painful memories**

I've played with them for over 5 yrs and NEVER had an issue...until recently. Was told I would get a gift card back in Nov but it never came. After bugging the hell out of them, they finally sent me 4 payments totaling $3680 via ** and ** in the last 10 days. The numerous negative posts concern me. Will proceed with caution.

I wanted to let everyone know that I have gotten paid from Betus. I got a 1,000 withdrawl by ** and it cost my like 93 dollars which was bad. And finally after waiting 6 weeks I got my gift card with 1,800 on it. I withdrew 500 twice yesterday from atm and it cost me 5 per transaction. I have also used it at a few stores and have not had a problem. I will request more money be put on my card tonight. I hope it all goes well.
