    I got hung up on the customer service rep 4 times today...for just asking a simple question about poker...i could clearly hear them hang up to...how terrible is that?

    "if anyone asks about poker hang up immediately" is actually an improved policy imo

    Omar has been working there less than 2 months, probably a better use of your time for him to hang up on you than to actually talk to you.
