Am new to SBR forum.
I would say customer service is sometimes one of the most overlooked component of marketing for online bookmakers.
To many, we wont make contact with a bookmaker's customer service unless we encounter some problems and this is when you will tear your hair out if you speak to some executives who wouldn't care less about your concerns.
Generally, I find Asian bookmakers have very patient and good customer service. The service culture in Asia is very different from that of the west comparing upscale establisments (not saying that one's good or bad over the other). Those who have been to a casino in Vegas vs one in Macau will understand what I am trying to say. The feeling is different.
Would like to hear if anyone else has got any experience about good customer service with any bookmakers.
