Called them up this morning about the issues I have.

1] lengthy delay I have on internet wagers getting accepted
2] small limits on college basketball

Was told that the delay stays on and the limits remain the same. If I wanted to bet more that I have to call in and a supervisor would have to approve the bet if I wanted to bet more than $100.

I have to go through all this crap just to bet more than $100 and this today is what we call an A+ book.

Today A+ ratings are just giving out on the fact whether a book pays or not. Well let me tell you something paying should just be a given and this should have no really influence on a books ratings. If you want to give them half a rating because customer service is nice or responds quickly, OK that is fine but I think real ratings should be from how the operations go when it comes to actual betting.

I think all players should be treated the same and clearly with Heritage they are not. Some players can bet a lot and others can not, some players get bonus and others do not, some players have to call in big bets others do not.

The lets look at the games
Heritage says they put up lines early, 5dimes, bookmaker, pinny, greek all put them up before they do. They have no overnight line on CBB totals.

They always take a game that moves and makes sure the probable right side always has a little extra juice to it. So while every other book has u62 -110, Heritage will have u62.5 -125 and they do this a lot.

Some people say that because I bet steam that I deserve to have delay and small limits. Since when did betting steam become the equivalent of slicing a baby's throat. My god you would think that I literally killed some one the way the act over this. What happened to the days when a book put up a number and actually where willing to take bets on it? I guess in this day and age, where you have no real linesmakers and only clowns that are able to copy numbers from bookmaker or Pinnacle this is the garbage you have to put up with.

Very disappoint because I only kept large balances at two books Pinny and Greek. Which ended up being Pinny and Heritage this summer. In all my years of betting I have never been treated so badly by a book. I even have more respect for SIA, they just closed my account and didn't put me through all this garbage.

seems fairly simple to me. You want to continue to bet steam with them so you are angry... if that's the only reason why you're angry with Heritage they are doing a hell of a job in my eyes.

You're obviously welcome to your opinion, but almost every book treats different players differently in some fashion. This even happens at US land-based casinos/sportsbooks. They have the right to manage their risk however they see fit. If you don't like it, take your business elsewhere.

They are a square book. Every square book on the planet takes steps to limit/collar/shut down winning players.
Doesn't matter if it is betting steam, soft openers or arbing.

Not Pinnacle or Greek and that's why I keep big balances there.

I bet steam for three weeks in football and got their stupid delay. Since then every bet I put in has been my own opinion. I lost a good amount the rest of football. Then hit a few winners in hoops and then suddenly got my limits cut.

So in your opinion winning a 1000-2000 on hoops, not betting any steam (like I could anyway with that 15 second delay) is perfectly acceptable for having your limits cut?

You sound like one of these guys that thinks the book is his best friend and will alert them of line errors instead of betting them himself. LOL, nice guys finish last.

I'm sure they did. All I can say is based on my own experiences. I bet a ton of steam at the Greek and I also bet a ton of my own opinions. Shit sometimes I would have 10-15k in bets in one day.

I would give Heritage the same action but they simply don't want it.

What Heritage do is the same as just about every Euro book. They look after their losing players very well but don't tolerate bettors who consistently make +EV bets.

Everyone here at SBR thinks they are Gods. How many posts everyday are their claiming this is the greatest book to ever exist? I'm just saying that simply is not so. As a matter of fact I think they are one of the worst books and just am venting my experiences and frustrations.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Heritage has offered to send you the balance of your account free of charge..right? So take them up on it and be done with it. Better yet, have them send your funds to Betonline, an SBR recommended Book-- then you can legitimately bitch about an overrated Book.

I will take them up on that free offer. They put on this deal like there willing to help/negotiate your situation up front. However behind the scenes it's a different story. I have had my limits cut many times before and trust me they are never restored.

I only bet with the big boys. Greek, Pinny, bookmaker, 5dimes. The only reason that I even had money with Heritage was because they bought it from the Greek. I gave them a shot because SBR said they would not be quick to limit players and that was a blatant line. Once again I had to learn the hard way.

Because it was easier to bet steam at Heritage than the other shops. Why is this even an issue? They put you on delay and you can't bet it anymore. Seems to me that solves the problem if they don't like steam players.

If you have an account with Pinny, I assume you are able to open accounts with the top Euro books too.

They will limit/collar you too but just take advantage of what they have to offer until they do.

If a book has a high rating then yes.
