Hi . I've recently opened an account with BetCris. Good bookmaker, i'm quite satisfied, except for one thing, something that is just unbearable to me and i had never heard before on any forum about Betcris: its awful login procedure !!! Once i enter my account number and password, it takes on average 2 minutes to be "login" !!! A message appears talking about security checks.... But what's that ??? 2 minutes to login ? With any other bookmaker that's quite immediate, so why do Betcris apply that so long procedure ? But there's even worst on Betcris: the way one is so quickly log out ! If i remain about 5 minutes inactive on the website , i'm log out ! I know books for which once you're log in you'll remain until you decide to log out, but on Betcris i'm automatically log out after only few minutes of inactivity !!! An eternity to login, and almost immediately log out, that's just unbearable. I'm very surprised i never read comments about it on forums so i wanted to have your testimonies to know if that's the same for everyone ??? (i may have technical problem ?). Thanks in advance to share your experience with me !

It takes me maybe 5 seconds to get through the security checks screen... sounds like that part of the problem is on your end.

BetCRIS on occasion for whatever reason becomes unusable much more often due to severe lag. Time out on confirm bet, each page taking minutes to load. The sites never fast for me, but it's okay enough most of the time - there are times where it is really slow. From time to time Pinnacle is the same but it is much rarer at Pinnacle then it is at BetCRIS which has to be the site I struggle with the most for log ins. Worse is when I get set to European odds, Spanish language and am trying to get a bet in a hurry lol.

I've just made a test:
-1st login attempt: 1min53s to login
-2nd login attempt: 1min54s to login
-3rd login attempt: 1min52s to login

That's almost the same every time ! So i don't think problem comes from my computer or connexion, it seems it's been imposed by Betcris ! What's more i haven't any login problem with any other book. And what about log out ? Aren't you very quickly log out if you remain inactive for a few minutes?

worst site in the business for me takes betwen 30seconds to 1min to log in .
the site is always crashing from one page to another.

I believe you guys, not sure why the delay is so much shorter for me. I'm using Firefox 8 if that makes a difference.

John are you on BetCRIS or a skin? One mirror can't remember what it was used to work good for me, but the log in stopped working there a while back. Perhaps it's a geo thing too where some get delays and others don't.

fwiw I don't have the same problem being described by OP. For me it's about 30-40 seconds to log in most of the time. There are other times just can't log in at all, or pages don't load. I've clicked confirm bet before and sat waiting for 10 minutes unsure of if it went it and have needed to come back look again etc. This generally during times it would make sense for high sever load though.

I'm in South East Asia and using Chrome for a browser and Cable Broadband for internet, newest model most expensive Sony Vaoi laptop the store I went to sold.

Bookmaker, but I'm fairly certain all the CRIS/BM mirrors/skins have the same security checks at login.

I have the same problem with CRIS. It takes like 2 min to log in as well.

just want to point out BetCRIS is for non-US players... if you want to use their US version use BookMaker or DSI... and I am able to log in in less than 10 seconds to all of them, check your browser bro make sure you are using the lastest version

It takes about 7 seconds for me log in. It is definitely the slowest among all the books I use, and slow by a mile. But if it takes you more than 1 minute, it is more likely a domain name server issue on your internet provider. Bookmaker probably uses other servers for authentication, and the name of those servers are slow to resolve to IP address. Just a guess.

I get logged out fairly quickly, never timed it, but it takes more than a "few minutes" of inactivity.

That said, they probably log me out faster than any other book.

I miss the Greek software that would never log you out... and the book of course.

If you have Flash scripts blocked then it takes a lot longer.

It takes a few seconds.... if it is taking 2 minutes it is your connection or your computer.

?? i've got one of the fastest connexion that exists and Betcris is the only bookmaker i've got problem to login. On all others it takes less than one second ! So i doubt it comes from my computer. What's more, the fact that's almost always the same time to login-about 1min53sec-makes me think that is regulated by Betcris..

Still, it's your isp, connection, computer, or software....I have never had it take more then perhaps 10 seconds ever...and i've been with them for a long long time.
