Yes, please keep us updated... I am about to drop a few dimes with them so I am interested. I don't use parlays, but still I am interested.

Oh, one thing though, if you used a free play or something, some places have limits on the amount you can win in a single bet. Not saying that is what happen, just fyi...

I have called them three times tonight,once just 45 minutes ago,12:45 eastern time to see why they didnt have any lines up for the Thailand wta tennis tourney.Got prompt answers on every call.


The book always has great customer service,this post seems sort of strange,good luck with this but I am really impressed with betphoenix so far.keep us informed

This is something that hate and don't respect about these forums. Everytime someone has a gripe against a book they get attacked or have their character/intentions questioned by fellow posters and or affialiates/shills. Why didnt you guys make a post saying BetPhoenix is great I have never had a problem with them before he made this post? I hope UCBEARCATS gets this situation resolved. That's really what this post is about.

No need to worry - that amount is pretty small beer for them. I've had $4k (the weekly max) withdrawals 4 or 5 times, no problems.

Never came to that. His play was canceled well before it was even close to grade. I would imagine if a player had charged back at the Greek, and got into BJam with a cc, they would not take his action as well. What upside is there? Win you pay him, lose you get charged back.

If his plays would have won before cancelation, we would have to pay him and would no issue. The play was canceled well before it even got there based on chargeback history.

If a player that screwed over Olympic deposited at BetJamaica, not only would I (if I were BetJamaica) cancel the play and deny a withdrawal, but I would keep some or all of the deposited money and put it toward the debt that was owed to Olympic.

I see nothing wrong with doing that, provided that it's a cut-and-dried fact that the guy tried to screw over the sister/parent/affiliate book on an earlier date.

Scam artists (** scams, CC chargebacks, etc.) pose a fairly large threat to the solvency of some books, and in turn, to the safety of my money that I have at these books, so anything that a book can do (within reason) to hit back at them, I'm all for it.

1. Was the wager canceled before all games started?
2. Was there any line movement on any leg?

If there was no real line movement, the wager was canceled before the first game started, and the player sent an email, there is no foul. Otherwise you have to look at the charge back a lot closer.

sorry it took me so long to get back with you guys. okay they are lieing and I can prove it! Here is what happened. I had a problem with sports-1.com, basically the problem was I requested a payout and after 12 days the money never even came out of my account even though they had all the proper paperwork etc from me. I posted this story on this forum as well. They saw my post and FRANCO from sports-1.com decided to refund all my ************. I let my one CC I used know that I expected a credit to post. (THIS WAS THE ONLY CONTACT I HAD WITH MY CC). I made an account with betphoenix deposited 498 and lost it all. The next day or two I deposited again 497 this time I beileve as there limit is 500. I set up a 4 team parlay. LSU+1, illinios sk pk,. nc-2, okhahoma ml. I hit this parlay paying out around 5829. I tried to log on and it said my wagering had been suspended. I tried to call them last night but went to a voicemail><><? Anyway I then check my email they sent me an email at 9:17 stating due to a chargeback at sports-1.com my account has been closed and my cards refunded. Granted 2 of my plays were in the final minutes and the other two were 17 minutes in. This is absolutely unfair and I am going to fight it as I can prove that I did not charge back my card I only told my CC company I was expecting a credit as FRANCO has told me I was going to be getting. Thats the whole story and Im glad I can prove it

If he wins the play he gets paid. If he loses he charges back. Either way we have no recourse, and are refunding all charges he made with us regardless of win or loss.

His play was canceled at 9:07.

LSU and Illinois State were both at halftime. The other two games tipped at 9:05. Quite far away from minutes away from grade and 17 minutes into the first half. I wish your account would have been flagged earlier, but I am glad it was caught when it was.

That being said, both the $500 deposit and that first $400 and change deposit are getting refunded. I would never want a penny of your money at all, you can keep it.

I will refrain from posting your exact e-mail to sports-1 claiming your 13 year old son got on your computer and lost all of your money in the casino. Also that you spoke to your lawyer about legal action and that he suggests you charge back. That's what started all of your issues with sports-1 and then of course came the chargeback eventually as could be expected.

I am trying to maintain my professionalism here, but it is guys like yourself who really make it worse for the rest of us both players and businesses alike. You are also hurting SBR by using this platform to support your behavior.

RJbetphoenix I spoke to my lawyer after waiting 12 days for a payout to be even taken out of my account from sports-1.com which never happed! Thats the whole reaosn I had to get legal help because you guys gave me the run round time and time again and its perfectly fine with me if you bring up old issues that have been settled with my account. I have absolutely nothing to hide. except for getting screwed by a sister sports-1.com and now betphoenix is going to try to have a go at me which I wont allow to happen again.
