    Default BoDog Slowpay

    I'm currently being slow-paid by BoDog and wanted to give others a heads up (and see if anyone else is having the same issue).

    I am in Canada and always use the *** option to deposit or cashout. Any deposits are pulled from my account in 2 days. Typically a cashout hits my ***** ***** in 2-3 business days.

    Not this time!

    I requested a very small payout - $300 - on November 21st. I got an email the next day saying it was processed. I expected to see it in a couple of days. On the website it says:

    "Once the payout is processed, it will take approximately 3 business days to be credited to your **** *******." (from the *** section)

    I emailed when I didn't receive it and was told it can take up to 7 business days. This was completely against my past experience (I had received 2 $1500 payouts a few days before requesting this one without issue). I was told that Wednesday November 30th would the absolute latest I would receive it.

    Of course it never showed up. I PMed Becky here and was quickly called by a representative who told me that in fact my payout wasn't processed on the 22nd like I was originally told but that it was processed that past Monday (the 28th). She said the absolute latest I would receive it was this past Wednesday. Obviously this annoyed me since they had lied to me about it being processed the week before, but was happy that someone had looked into it.

    Wednesday of this week comes and goes and no money. And here we are today and I still haven't received it. So naturally I email to ask what the heck is going on and they say: "Please be note that our payout timeframe has recently been increased within 15 business days, due to the high payout volumes; rest assure that you will be receiving your funds."

    So apparently they just keep extending the timeframe at will. And the website sure doesn't day 15 days. They have no explanation for me other than they have a payout "backlog".

    Am I worried that Bodog doesn't have $300 to pay me?

    No, I'm sure they have the cash. But something is drastically wrong with the way they've handled this payout and the lies they've told me. There's no reason why I should have to wait 3 weeks for a payout that the website clearly states should get to me in 3 days.

    And conveniently a couple of deposits that I made since the payout have been promptly taken from my bank account. They don't have a problem processing any deposit, just the payout.

    Anyways I know I'm rambling and $300 isn't a big payout, but it's the lies that bother me and the fact they can't give me an explanation.

    If anyone has recently cashed out using this method and got paid, please let me know

    Why would they delete this? Just because Bodog advertises here? It's a legit beef

    I just read in the live payout report:

    "Bodog thier fastest method to canadian customers
    11+ business days, and got an email saying theres a delay and they have no idea how long it will take"

    So looks like they are having widespread payout issues. Again, I'm sure I'll get my money, just don't lie to me. And since I've had to wait over three times as long as the timeframe stated on your website, offer some type of explanation

    Well, I would suggest not worrying about it until 15 business days later. It has been 9, if I am adding right. I understand it does suck when reps tell you one thing and then it doesn't happen that way, but customer service is like that in the online gaming world. The good thing is you have BoDog Becky to help you if this really becomes a problem. So, I would just sit back, relax, and wait. You got the word out there how they didn't do what they said so now it is a waiting game.

    It has been a total of 13 business days at this point. I believe I will get paid, it's not that I'm worried about receiving the money. It's the constant changing of their story that irks me.

    I'm in the exact same boat. I've been waiting for 2 payouts approved on Nov 20th and 27th. BodogBecky (from this site) is looking into things for me and when she sees this thread she might help you out as well.

    I am confident that the payout will end up in my bank account eventually but I'd like Bodog to be more upfront with their customer if there are true delays and figure out when they can actually payout their players.

    canada payouts all seem to be having the problems... i am based in toronto and am missing payouts since nov 28th... totally agree with cool canuck that if they know theres an DBT issue, just to be upfront... its a lot more believable than telling me over the phone that their international custodian may have wired out my withdrawals to an incorrect account and need my bank statements to confirm that i was indeed never paid... seems more of an attempt to buy themselves time rather than being honest

    same situation usually cash outs via ***** ******** have been really fast, requested one on November 29 but no funds so far. Let's hope monday....

    Hey guys,

    Just wanted to confirm that you will 100% get your money- I spoke directly with the head of bodog.ca finance over the weekend and the provider they are using simply takes a few days longer to process payouts. The site will be updated accordingly and please send me a PM if you run into any other payout issues, OK? Thanks so much for your patience!!

    Got a note from Bodog saying my payout dated Nov 20th will be paid this week. I will let you know when it is in my account. Now my payout dated Nov 27th is still pending. I am hopeful that everything will work itself out.

    CoolCanuck - let us know if you received it today. If you requested it the 20th than this would be the 15th business day which is the timeframe they last promised. I did not receive it and am on the 14th business days. I have a feeling that the timeframe will be once again pushed forward on me.

    Becky - you said it now takes "a few" days longer but this is obviously far longer. To go from 2-3 business days to 15+ is a massive jump in the time it takes to get paid. Is this now the timeframe we can expect going forward?

    It didn't arrive today but the Bodog manager proactively emailed me today saying if it wasn't in my account by tomorrow to let her know.

    For the time being, this is the timeframe you can expect, but as always, you will 100% receive your money from which ever bodog brand licensee you are playing on. I urge you to give CS a call if you have any questions about payouts and timeframes, they will be happy to provide you with more details!

    So we're now past 15 business days and I still haven't received my payout. I got an email today asking me to fax in a bank statement from Nov 21st (the time of my payout) till now. So now they are trying to stall this even further by acting as though I'm lying about the fact I haven't received my payout.

    Right...........You have a truckload of people complaining about not getting their money and you know something is wrong with your processor yet you want me to send in a copy of my bank statement just to delay it further. It's absolutely insane - this is now the 4th time a promised timeframe has been broken. And they're trying to act as though I'm lying even though there are several people here who are also in the middle of a slowpay.

    Just pay us the money we're owed BoDog - it's a very simple concept!

    Hi I'm a player in the US and was very disturbed because when I withdrew on November 29th the time frame said 7 business days and then did another payout on the December 5th and it still said 7 days. I called on Monday and was told my payout FROM THE 29th MAY TAKE AN ADDITIONAL 3 WEEKS! And that my payout from the 5th MAY TAKE AN ADDITIONAL 6 WEEKS! Then I get an e-mail today that ownership has changed! I am very worried I may not be seeing this money ever.

    Ownership has not changed. Bodog.eu has been rebranded to Bovada.lv and the Bodog Brand is no longer in the US market. MMGG, the company that owned the Bodog.eu operations, is the same company that owns the Bovada.lv operations. Bovada CS reps will be in the forums taking care of all US player questions and concerns and I am here to help out with anything Bodog branded as usual.

    As someone who worked with MMGG for the past 2.5 years when they were a Bodog Brand licensee, I can tell you that you will 100% receive your money- they are a very good company

    I requested a payout for 2250 last Monday (said it would take up to 15 business days), first one in well over a year. Down more than double than that with Bodog, or should I say, Bovada. Have the funds in my account to break even and get away, but have a feeling I'm never going to see my money. I hope they don't throw the U.S. players to the curb that have been loyal with them for multiple years. All I want is out and to switch books but I waited to long instead of pulling out sooner. I have a bad feeling about this whole "brand" change. This is just speculation from someone who's been with them for years, I have no clue what really will transpire. Hoping I get this money before Christmas, but I seriously doubt it.

    There is no reason to have a bad feeling about MMGG's rebranding- its the same exact company!
