I deposited €500 to play in their poker room. I lost
I deposited another €500 and I won. I reached my balance around €2000. I played some more and lost another €150. so I withdrew.
I Requested a payment of €1500 back to my moneybookers acccount.
Next day my withdrew request was canceled, my poker account locked. I called and e-mailed them, they say my account is involved in ilegal activities, there is an investigation going, I will hear from them soon.
One hour later:
Dear Mr. ...,
Please be advised that our Network's Central Fraud and Collusion Department has reviewed the matter of your locked poker account, but stands by its decision to keep your account and the funds contained with it frozen following an unsatisfactory explanation for your actions.
With evidence from a recent investigation we have concluded that your account has been involved in cohesive play with another poker player of the iPoker Network and all funds regarding this matter will remained locked until a sufficient explanation is provided.
I have no idea what they are talking about. I never played at iPoker. I don't know anyone who plays there.
I responded back:
Dear Colin,
I read the terms and conditions and I don't know what you insinuate. The poker network is wrong.
I won fair and all my hands and play are correct.
Please clarify my situation.
No answer for 2 days.
On 7th feb I send another message, I do want to explain them how in the world did I won

What's wrong with that? Please check your history, I even lost the first deposit. Than I won, I lost some more and I withdrew
What are you saying? I'm not allowed to raise before the flop? And if I raise do I need to play until the last card flop? That's insane.
I do play aggressive but not like that.
I am not a cheater. I deposited and lost a lot on your bookmaker. And now you refuse my withdrawal.

I haven't colluded with anyone, and what in the world cohesive means?
So what is the difference between Bet365 and Worldbet?
A scam like Worldbet will steal from you without any explanation.
An Bet365 (A bookie, former A+) will use some texts, will steal you polite.
They haven't provided any evidence, they say "you are a cheater".
I deposited €6000 in the last 6 months and never withdaw. Never!
I request my first withdrawal and they close my account with the rest of my €1800, without any more explanation.
Should I mention, My account is fully verified, including Postal Verification.
And for end a funny thing: they still let me transfer money to my account
