My bet was $1100 dollars of which $550 was my money and $550 was bonus. The winnings were $1000.

But they closed my account and my deposit was returned.

Now pay me my winnings on my deposit ($500) less 5%.

5% for processing because he cashed out after

I´not completely agree but I wanted was to finish this situation quickly.

They took you the bonus, the winnings with the bonus, and after that they also took you 5%???


If they took the bonus why would they charge the 5%???

I got a check from Dimeline via the "express" method of check payment. It took about 2 weeks which is approx. the same as the normal free mode of check payment. It seems I wasted 50 bucks hoping to get paid quicker. I got very hot there and was knocked down to 250 dollar max bets after depositing 500 with a matching bonus of 500 in play money. I believe my balance at the time of getting my limits lowered was 7500. I probably would have played there again if they had not lowered my limits but I really do not care either way.
