Did anyone here get reinstated to Bookmakers loyalty program after getting removed for the program.

Bookmaker took me off their loyalty program a few years ago when I was on a win streak but I have lost a lot of money there recently and wonder what approach is best to try to get put back on the program so I can earn loyalty points.

I sent them an e-mail asking about getting back on the program and just got their automated response that someone would reply back but then I got another useless response that I was removed from the program per management decision.

Why send an email, why not just go to live chat and speak with a manager or u could call also, much faster responses that way.
