Any feedback lately on BFC? I assume the Judge is still running things over there? Some times no news is good news, but if there are no outstanding complaints on them--they were offering reduced juice and expanding there banking options last we heard.

Hey Peep, nice to hear from you albeit here at SBR (I am certain that you know how to contact me directly).

Yes, Mikey has been released and is no longer involved in the business in compliance with his sentencing guidelines.

Regardless, BFC is alive and well despite an unusually difficult baseball season and we certainly have a decent client base. Just because you are not personally aware of anyone that is currently playing with us does not mean that we are out of business. I made a personal decision to not be an active poster on the forums due to the inordinate amount of time that was required to respond to the many posters who really had nothing to offer to our business.

I am pretty sure that you of all people can understand this.

Regarding the MadJack matter, well let me just say that I regret losing a good friend over a business disagreement and that is a heartfelt sentiment.

I miss our previous forum interaction but am confident that you can not possibly have anything negative to say about our business.

Appreciate the candor Judge. Lucky for us the phone connection stayed up til we were finished. Panama guys have to stick together. lolol also, I will hold you to your promise of letting me have reduced juice for 2 weeks! lololol that is more of a promise than I could get from several other books i know.

Seems he is working on getting ewallets restored and funded. When that happens I will def send him some money and get my 2 weeks of reduced in.

BFC seems to have turned it around since a couple of complaints and has become a good book. Nice HT lines.

Don't think Mad Jack posts here. But he did do a response to the question of not being paid for advertising at another forum. I'll post MJ's response here so that both sides can be heard.

Judge made a deal. Even he will admit to that. If he denys that, he's a liar.

After he was late with his payment I attempted to contact him many times in email and on the phone. He never replied. I left his banners up past the Superbowl and the deal started December 1. He never cancelled. He never even told me to **** off. I still haven't heard from him.

I kept trying to contact him BECAUSE HE OWED ME MONEY, that he agreed to.

He could have replied and asked me to take him down. He could have said he couldn't afford it. He could have given any excuse. WTF do I care, I considered him a friend? He didn't even have the courtesy to do that.

He was around frequently because I could see him lurking my forums.

Finally I took his banners down.

He didn't even try to contact me when kosar died. What a slap in the face because he knew Matt and I were best friends. If he really gave a shit he would have contacted me because I lost my brother, no matter our business relationship.

After that, I turned off his access to view the forums.

I can't imagine your side of the story, Judge, because you never gave your side to me, you just put me on perma-ignore.

I am waiting for this also. Judge says it will be a few weeks for ewallets to be set up. Hopefully he will take a moment and come here and bump this thread when that is a go. Love to take a crack at his NBA with reduced juice flowing. (Even if its for only 2 weeks!!)
