Hi, here's the complaint I just submitted to the SBR complaint form. I wanted to warn others about this site. I know there was another guy with $65k that was having problems too.

I have almost the exact same complaint as the guy who had $65,000 tied up in BetOnline. They are claiming that I have chip dumped, but they refuse to provide any proof. I have been a successful high stakes poker pro for years and active in various poker communities (2+2 forums and more). I have not done any chip dumping and I have absolutely no reason or desire to do so. I keep getting the run around from the support. I currently have about $26,000 stuck in my account and I've been unable to access it for nearly 3 weeks. They refuse to respond to my emails and when I call they tell me they will resubmit the request to the poker department to have them look at my account, yet I never hear any answers. I challenge them to provide any proof.

I have talked to to the customer support supervisor "Steve" twice. The first time (Dec 1) he tried to blow me off until I explained that I'm fairly well known in the online poker community. I told him that I am an executive producer and poker coach for DeucesCracked.com - http://www.deucescracked.com/coaches/WiltOnTilt . I also explained that I am a writer for the most trusted news source in online poker - www.SubjectPoker.com - http://www.subjectpoker.com/author/aaron-wilt/http://www.subjectpoker.com/author/aaron-wilt/ and lastly that I own and operate a website called www.StolenBankrolls.com which was created originally for the online poker "Black Friday" mess. When I explained that I am prepared to email, tweet, and blog to everyone I know he assured me he would have them look at it asap and to "give him 24 hours before I do anything." I called him back over 24 hours later on Dec 2 and he said there was no update and he was in a meeting with his supervisor and would call me back. I have not heard back from him. I called again today and Steve was not there and I simply got the run around by a lower level customer service person.

I'd welcome any advice on what else I can do. I have given these people ample time to undo their mistakes but they refuse.

I know wiltontilt and have dealt with him many times, he's a great guy and as honest as they come. He is huge in the online poker community. He's done some great work trying to get players back some of their funds after black friday, including investigating shady online processors. You can check his blog to see it all. Solid Guy.

Welcome to the BS world we all know as BOL. The OP is obviously suspected of chip dumping, which BOL always assumes to be the case when big poker winners try to collect their winnings. Not saying it didn't happen, but where's the proof? Is this another attempted theft by a recommended SBR sponsor? Legions you have a join date from 11 months ago. You might have another account or something - but seriously bro - honestly here: if you haven't seen it before this is how it goes down. Big bonuses, celebrity spokesperson, big money to affiliates and advertising publishers, more bonuses, more promotions. The complaints start trickling in more steady, support gets worse and worse, cash outs take longer - before you know it the sites a scam no one plays at - its always something - might be "processor issues - then a long slow pay turns into not a hot topic and every now and then people complain that they've been waiting a year and updates of how much is owed pop up here and there" other times it's a major cash grab "correlated parlays" or something similar. These happen MUCH more frequently at B+ rated books. I remember WagerWeb used to advertise here and were rated B or B+ I think. You defend at lot of SBR books on the forums (and more times than not these sites are great) but many of us have been through this drill and seen it before - there's always the one or two blacksheep. There are lot of former B+ to A+ rated sportsbooks, and sportsbooks on the recommended list that eventually fell to D or F. Just a heads up if you're truly not a shill - I have a feeling you see a few of these your posts will be a bit different a couple years. Anyways cool to see you at least acknowledge it as the past threads you were defending betonline and persistently showed up to call the potential victims scammers.

BOL messed with several respected players lately. Alex remains mute and SBR won't downgrade them until the ad revenue stops coming in. My BOL check bounced, but apparently SBR's cleared. Money buys ratings and SBR sold us all out.

Look i speak from books that i use and i try and use as many that are good and pay me. So far i've used quite a bit of books and only been burned once by Beted, but to be honest i guess what your saying is the nature of the business. Its just hard for me to deal with something when im using places and people complain about them and they have been good to me. I've known about SBR for years and didn't have time until the past few years to write on forums like this.
But to be honest until Betonline doesn't pay people maybe u have a case and for now they are a few months into poker and seem to not understand how the game is played, maybe they will stop having poker until they get it right because to start accusing everyone of cheating that wins is not right.
This is what i do know they are finacially stable so for me i have no worries playing with them. I do know for sure OP will get his money just like in the other thread, they have no reason to steal his money.
I don't know why any incident that happens everyone thinks they are gonna steal the $, so far everything gets dealt with.

Do you have your Hand Histories saved to your hard drive?

Since the site isn't supported by HoldemManager I probably don't... but do you happen to know what the standard folder is for it? I tried looking in the BetOnline folder under program files, I also tried looking in other common spots hand history spots such as users\[myuser]\appdata\local or under my documents but no luck :-(

If this was Betfair or a random Euro book or a sponsor of a rival forum, I think we can be pretty sure SBR would be a lot more vociferous.

SBR will never allow this. They reserve Justin's services for non-sponsors like EZ Street. No way do they permit him to tear BOL a new one....as much as I would like to see it.

I've dealt with most of the forums regarding player disputes for at least the last five years, no one is more fair than Justin. Might not always agree with him, but he speaks what he believes, even if it isn't the popular opinion.

No one pays us, there is no recommended list etc The site doesn't issue ratings, so there is no conflict here. So it's clear: "on the same page" there are "warnings" and a "blacklist". BetOnline issues are covered in depth and I doubt anyone would want to play poker there after reading that. It is not hidden nor is it hard to find it's linked to with a full paragraph very bluntly on the most popular page.

Not answering Op's emails combined with the amount in question. One would think that the greater the amount, the more open the communication lines with OP would be.

I know, and it's is why I'd like to see him handle some of the major BOL complaints that have recently materialized. He didn't get the 65k case and I doubt he'll draw this one either. It would seem that SBR opts for a softer approach when sponsors attempt to steal.

JFC there are other forums more dedicated to poker than this one. I'd lay -1000 he's a respected member of 2+2, wrote about his experience there, and someone said "BetOnline is more of a sportsbook and SBR deals with sportsbooks so go ask there."
