can i make a complaint about a void bet which happened on May? i didn't know about SBR,i took information about SBR just few days ago...i have the bet slip details and e-mails from bwin

Yes, it's still possible! Fill in the form with as much detail as possible, including screenshots if you have any, and a member of SBR's Dispute Team will look into it for you.

Thanks a lot ...i have not made a screenshot but i have the e-mails from bwin and i can find the bet slip details and then make a screenshot.I will fill a complaint as soon as possible because few weeks ago my account was disabled,they reopened it,limited me.So at first i will withdraw my amount,then i will fill a complaint.just to be more secure

hmm. depends on the nature of the bet. some bets can be voided if they are input errors. bwin is generally acceptably honest regarding them in my opinion.

it was live betting...i think that this match maybe has been fixed ,so they voided it.I placed only 90 EUR ,if i knew it was fixed,i would bet my house on it :P

bet seems ok with me, such small difference shouldnt be voided. i always wonder if they also void the other side which loses. i suspect they don't.
you will receive cold reply that the odds were wrong, and will not see the winnings.
