betonline took my deposit via cc but did not put the money in my account have tried to contact them many times and get the run around and say it didnt go through. so i call my cc company and the say the day they took the money time and everything else i have used them for a long time with no problems tell now . very bad custormer service. have heard nothing from them to reslove the problem so now the cc company is going after them.

BetOnline stole my deposit i made via cc. i made the deposit like i always do but the money was never put in to my account. i call my cc company and they tell me the time the day and the amout they took from me. so i call betonline with these doc. and they give me the run around and say they did not recieve the money. so i send them the doc. from from the cc company which show they have recived the funds and have the dates and times and still nothing. so no the cc company is try to resovle the problem. very bad service will never use again

Calm down chief they will resolve it just have patience they usually make good on these issues. I would never use that shop but the will rectify for you, I'll stake my horrible reputation on it.

Dont post here often either but frequently reading the site. Saw this post and thought I'd share that this happened to me last week. On nov 18 made a $50 deposit that did appear on my credit statement and did not receive credit from betonline. Went thru customer chat and was told I had to send them my CC statement. I haven't had a chance to do this yet, but wanted to share and will follow up with results. Been reading alot of bad things about the book on here as of late........

Now a lot of people will read only the headline of this thread, and nothing more, , that Betonline stole money, when they didnt, and no wonder betonline have reputation. When dramaqueens complain about small CS problems with wrong headlines.

who hasent had some small problems with CS, u just wait 5 min and try again with another Cs or to next day, and try again, even top rated bookmakers has newbies in CS that makes mistakes, agree with legions there, why write about this in a forum.....

I have to take some offense to Lou's tone too. Usually when people make a deposit, they do it to make a play right away. When it doesn't show up, and the book doesn't respond to their complaints, why wouldn't they be rightfully upset? Of course there could be more to this than I know, but isn't that the point of this forum and this site? I'd expect SBR to be a little more open minded on things, especially in regards to new posters.

The reason I asked the player to clarify is because making a charge reversal against an online sportsbook is an easy way to get blacklisted from using plastic at other sportsbooks in the future. I'm admittedly a bit skeptical of players that dispute charges since most times they've done so before.

We'll hopefully be able to update this thread if the player writes in, but it obviously sounds like a poor dose of both accounting and CS at this point.

A chargeback should only be used as an absolute last resort for outright theft. In this case, a little more than a day of patience should be exercised. Shite happens. It will get righted by BetOnline, and it should be with interest such as an additional freeplay or such.

Dude. The same thing happened to me about 2 months ago. It was fixed by Alex after I came to this forum. Before coming to the forum I got nowhere. Thank god for SBR
