Thumbs down Fiestabet-huge problem!

I have a huge problem with Fiestabet. I used this book for almost a year, deposited and got payed many times until yesterday.Yesterday I ask for a withdraw of 1.500 euro and after that my account was closed without any warning.I said that my problem is huge because I have in my Fiestabet account 6.000 euro.I called them and the operator said that he will speak with the manager because he didn't knew what the problem was.Now I received 500 euro,my last deposit, and an email from them :

I don't know what explanation is that.I didn't passed any rules.I have 6.000 euro in my account and they want me to be happy for 500 euro that they paid me?What about the other 5.500 euro? What should I do?

The message says that you and another player were playing the exact same lines for max bets. Is this true?

This is a beted book that presumably has the same shaded lines.

What a joke. Even if it's true, if there isn't an IP/household problem, it doesn't matter, and you'd think they would have claimed that up front. They can boot you both, not take your money.

A lot of people I know run blogs with free tips.
Some are very successful and the moment a tip is posted people will pile in for the maximum amount.

That's not a crime, is it?

Difficult...

Given the way their lines are, I find it hard to believe that there are not lots of players max betting the exact same things.

This is truly a pickle man... If what they say is actually true then you 6k are pretty much screwed... They should reimburse the deposits, but man... hard one

The dual line factor that they have set in place would pretty much be a key in a case like this based on what Fiestabet is saying.

I registered on 14.04.2008 to Fiestabet and bet often there.I lost money, deposit again and again, won, withdraw 4-5 times from them over 1.500 euro each time(my last withdraw was last week-1.500 euro and I received the money).I considered them a good bookie to bet and after 5-6 months of playing there I recommended them to a friend,a well known tipster in my country.Approximately in October 2008 he also signup to Fiestabet. Is true that in the last 2-3 months occasionally,we put same bets because he gives me some picks and he is very good in predicting soccer games(approximately 30% of bets are the same and only in the last 2 months).
This is not a crime, because our accounts are not linked ( same ip,same computer)
Fiestabet claims that we bet together same bets in order to exceed the max limits.I didn't do anything wrong because those limits are individually and we are different people.I think the problem is that they are worried because I won too much. They have the right to close my account but not to confiscate my money.
That's the whole story. What do you think about that?

Yes,BETED again and BETED was downgraded from B- to C+,what about FiestaBet?I have my account closed for almost a week and I am desperate...

I think the only solution is to sue them and to denigrate them on all betting forums. This will cost them big money and they deserve that. The conclusion is: " Stay away from FiestaBet! (Estancia lejos de FiestaBet!)"

bitisorin,

Fiestabet has pretty much said they are not going to change their decision. I have one email out to them trying to get a few more details so we can publish the final results and make everyone aware of it, but I don't think they are going to change their position. That said, we are going to try to let players know about this.

I am going to send you an email with a couple more questions.

We should also see if BetEd, their host, software and lines provider, would like to try to assist. It sounds like what SBG Global did to those players who were following the tout. When they finally won...they lost.

Bitisoirn,
I believe Josh asked you about if you had losing plays prior to finally winning and if those plays were place in the same manner. Not a deciding factor but helpful.

As Bill said, the host getting involved would be great. And the host/provider are actually in communication with Bitisoirin now, so hopefully that will lead to some type of resolution.

After almost 3 weeks,my problem was resolved,I received a message from FiestaBet:

"We appreciate your patience, while the fiestabet Management have been reviewing your case. While Management agrees that the actions taken to close your account are correct, per the obvious collusion, they have agreed that your account balance should have been paid.

Your account balance will be paid in full, per the following;

Account balance at time account was closed: €4,260.28
Pending wagers at time account was closed: two for €500.00 each
Pending wager statuses: both pending wagers pushed (€1,000.00 credited back to the account)
Payment Amount: €5,260.28

Per payment regulations, "todos los pagos están sujetos a un máximo de €1,500 por transacción y €3,000 máximo por semana".

A payment of €1,500.00 has been immediately processed, with an email confirmation to follow. The weekly balance of €1,500.00 will be processed before the end of the week and the remaining balance of €1,260.28, processed next week.

Our apologies for the delay in resolving this, as to perform the proper due-diligence, does take time. However, it's important to note that in the future, please make sure to follow the respective Terms & Conditions of gaming sites, as your account was closed due to collusion.

Regards,

Customer Service Department"

My account is still closed, but at least I shall receive my money.

After this incident I lost confidence in sportsbooks and I shall stay away from sportsbooks rated below B.

Thanks to Stephen Olson, Accounts Manager for ThrillX Systems, software provider for FiestaBet and to Josh, who helped me a lot.
