Default total lack of common sense at WSEX

I've been using sbr for years for information, but never took the time to register, but I have to get something off my chest.

I have used WSEX for 5 or 6 years now, along with about 5 or 6 other books. Customer service has always been great, and I always
used to transfer money out to greek or matchbook with absolutely
no problems and lightening fast. Lateley I've been reading all the problems people here have been having with WSEX: add me to the list of people who are absolutely digusted with the stupidity of this book.

I generally use cc with wsex, but on 12-28 I did an echeck, which I promptly lost. I check my bank account online and noticed that the check has still not cleared my bank. I have since redeposited via cc, and currently have a balance of 20 times the amount of the echeck. I emailed WSEX, when i noticed the echeck still hasn't cleared, and was told to send money western union. I ask if they could just debit from my account, as it would save a lot of hassle for me and save them the processing fees of western union.
Was told no, that if they took money out of my account it would void winnings? What kind of BS is that, money from echeck was lost
in a matter of minutes on the mini black jack table. The money I have in now is winnings from a subsequent deposit. I'm not trying to play them, I notified them about my echeck not clearing! If I wanted to get out of paying, I just wouldn't have ever played there again.
I can't help it if they are the only Top Rated book that can't get thier shit together with deposits or withdrawls.

I'm going to send money western union so I can transfer the balance I currently have out. I JUST HATE THE TOTAL LACK OF COMMON SENSE ON THEIR PART. THEY WILL NET LESS YIELD BECAUSE OF WU FEES, LOSE A LOYAL CLIENT, AND WASTE TIME AND EFFORT, ALL BECAUSE OF THEIR INABILITY TO FIND SUITABLE
PROCESSORS. I AM DONE WITH WSEX AFTER I GET THIS MONEY OUT. JUST NOT WORTH IT AND QUITE HONESTLY IT SCARES ME DEALING WITH PEOPLE WITH SUCH A TOTAL LACK OF COMMON SENSE.

Sorry for the manifesto but I had to vent,

I probably over-reacted earlier, apparently, I wasn't talking to people high enough on the food chain.
poster WSEX has taken care of everything for me. I just got an email from Accounts@wsex and they apologized for misunderstanding. I requested a book to book transfer and had a confirmation email saying it was done within about 3 minutes. Thats the kind of service I have always gotten and expected at wsex.
I appreciate poster WSEX's help, however i just noticed they transfered my full balance(minus 50 fee-which is fine with me)while they were supposed to take out the held up echeck deposit. Let me know what I need to do, I truly don't want to beat anyone out of their money.

I truly believe in the integrity of WSEX and their ownership, and to be honest there seems to be a "lack of common sense" on the parts of many top rated books customer service reps. good question, but I think it goes back to my main premise, there is a lack of common sense. But unfortunatley the same holds true at most work places in the world, lower level employees are not empowered(or don't have the judgement) to use common sense and solve problems that require thinking "outside the box."

I requested payment May 6 from WSEX and still have not received payment. I contact them frequently but they still haven't been able to provide me with the tracking number. Their website is very easy to use but due to the lack of timely payment I am not depositing any more with WSEX.

I'm waiting since 6/8 and was given the bullshit that my check part of a queue will be sent out this week...I'm supposed to receive a tracking number so stay tuned.

WSEX and their customer services reps have been acting like shysters for quite some time now and will continue until they can get away with it. Good Job bringing your problem to the forums to get the problem resolved. I'm not interested in doing any more business with these guys.

I have 15k there that I need BAD, first Neteller withdrawal was 12 days, now I've been waiting 17 days for the next one and livesupport said that Neteller withdrawals was currently CLOSED because of these idiotic processing issues. No ETA no nothing, I can understand that when dealing with checks it can get messed up but a Neteller withdrawal should be made exactly as a player handles Neteller? IE you have the account funded and ship it to the receivers, how hard can that be?!?
To have this ongoing for as long as it has is just pure and simple bs.
Payouts is the single most important thing regarding a bookies reputation IMO, saying Neteller don't work and force players who want THEIR money to make book to book transfers and rollover huge amounts on top of paying $50 a pop is just not an alternative. I am not looking to find bets worth of $60.000 USD, nor do I want to pay $250 for the 'service' just to get my money.

I'm hearing WSEX is in major financial trouble. The island of Antigua is not very big, and the biggest bank on the island is Stanford Financial. If you 've been following Stanford Financial's massive ponzi scheme, you know how bad it is. WSEX withdrawals are taking 2+ months because their funds are frozen!
WSEX is desperately trying to hold on until football season starts and they get new deposits.

Be careful.

all books would do the same thing, otherwise people would just take shots and freeroll..betting with money they never intended to deposit.

Since you've been a loyal customer maybe they could bend the rules, but it's pretty standard procedure to void winnings when the deposit doesn't clear, at all books.
