Got the 15% bonus which has a 6x rollover.

BetOnline applied the 6x rollover to my entire deposit which only has a 1x rollover. Now they are refusing to give me the payout bc of the inflated rollover requirement.

Tried to contact their customer service and guess what? They are not responding.

correct me if I'm wrong but my experience at multiple books has always been they add the deposited amount + bonus and then x the rollover

If you deposited $200, got a $30 bonus.. the rollover would be $230x6

They are consistent in 2 ways:

1) Always play games or have "hidden rules" about rollovers

2) Always eventually Pay (although not nearly what they promise from a timing standpoint)

I think they are safe as far as getting your money (although its like pulling teeth)....and their customer service is the WORST in the industry by far!!!

Play with Heritage #1 CS since thegreek shut down to US players....Also stay FAR away from any books that still accept CC as a major deposit area- they will continue to get screwed by players that deposit, take a shot and dispute the charges. Why do you think Greek/Heritage never took US cards?

6-time rollover applies to DEPOSIT + BONUS amount.

No scam this how it works at BetOnline and is how it works everywhere else.
