Acbet_F still waiting for explanation why my account is locked

Sbr wrote me that my complaint is not the first one with the same issue,guys if you have issues with acbet ,write in sbrforum ,don't let acbet lure other people to their scam site,my problem with acbet can be found here: acbet locked my account and lies about multiple accounts

I don't believe ACbet is a scambook because of their connection with AC. All the complains are related to bonuses. Assuming the ones who are making complains are not cheaters there might be a possibility ACbet is using some stupid identity checking methods such as they consider users having the same city of residency + the same OS + the same browser to be one

I'm sure that ACbet is connected to AsianConnect, because I asked AC about that and they replied someone from AC is a board of directors member.

I decided to let SBR deal with the issue. I now see that many more are coming forward with claims similar to mine against this dodgy bookie.
I'm still awaiting SBR to get back to me, but sadly many more victims are still being fooled by this company.

I have taken the stance that my money is lost, if they repay, it will surely be a miracle, but judging by my experience with them so far, I don't hold my breath.

Yes! and it's good news!
I nearly choked on my hot cocoa this evening upon reading an email from ACbet Team.

They have admitted an error on their part, FULLY re-instated my account and fully refunded ALL outstanding money back to me and even paid the bonus

They apologised for the mistake and I now have my funds sitting in my MBookers account.

I must extend my heartfelt thanks to Justin & the SBR team whom I believe are the architects of this most favourable result.

It took nearly 3mths, but I guess ACBet do seem to be "less" roguish than I had previously thought. It takes a big company to admit fault and an even bigger one to offer reasonable resolution.

Sadly, after all this stress I think I will give online betting a break for now and stick to shop betting (for the moment at least)

I am happy you got all of your money back, I did ask for you to be paid all, and personally.

Yes, it is true, there was a big technical mistake that wrongly tagged a group of customers as tied to one another. During this time, I chose to open the doors to sbr, talk to Justin on the phone, emailing him often back and forth, week ends included.

You may ask him. The issue was caused by anti viruses, basically, but it has now been fixed by the I.T team.

Fair is fair, and so we paid out everyone. We did not choose to hide and not admit. Refusing dialogue. On the contrary, we embraced it to do everything we possibly could so that it was solved, and all monies returned to customers, in their entirety. We as such only communicated with sbr, as we felt it was the right way to go while sorting it all out for the benefit of our affected customers.

I can only sincerely apologize for this, that's for sure.

should i bow on my knees and thank you that you 've lied about me using multiple accounts ,locking my account ,ignoring my emails and keeping my money for a month?what about punters who don't know about sbr ,did you pay them?

BEWARE of this amateur bookmaker who will try to nick your money every chance it has,even when they've solved my case and payed the bonus,they've tried to steal $270 i have won ,their payout history showed $270 more then i've received to my moneybookers account

hopefully this thread will pop up on google searches and keep people from playing at AC bets. It is kind of comical that their spokesperson on SBR named himself AC bets F, which is probably the grade they deserve after reading through this thread. IT problems miraculously happen to winning players, but I am sure the losing accounts have no trouble donating to the cause.

While I understand the frustration of the players here, I do understand why ACBet thought there was fraud/multi-accounting here. It was one of the most interesting IP issues I have ever had... An anomaly made ACBet's security software misstate that many players were from the same IP address. Given that report, I see why ACBet thought there was a problem.
There were other factors that suggested this was not multi-accounting. Due to these factors, we basically strip-searched ACBet, and helped them find the real issue.
ACBet has reimbursed all the players. If any of you have not been made whole, tell me and I will help out.

I thought I was losing my mind when I got wrongly accused, thankfully ACBet have co-operated and done the right thing.
I always suspected something was technically wrong with their computers (as an amateur IT dabbler myself).

Anyway, dodgy bookies wouldn't have admitted fault publicly and resolved the issues.
So I guess they have proven themselves with this test case.

Understandably, I won't be rushing back to ACbet just yet, but only time will tell. ;-)

This book blocked my account today and they accused me money laundering, ransom ware, and theft but i'm an amateur handicapper and i was a little lucky. Large part of my bets was won and after that they blocked my account. If i lose this money there is no problem. I didn't make any wrong action to acbet purposely. Now i have huge amount remainder and they don't pay this money to me.

I'm a student and i really need this money. This is my school fee. And they don't want to pay this to me but you must pay me. Because i didn't any wrong to ACbet.

We have closed your account due to Paysafe card telling us to close you down, and the authorities have gone to email us directly 5 times about fraudulent obtention of paysafe cards -ransome ware. I have also emailed Justin and the team from sbr about this, with the correspondence.

It's a fraud/organized crime issue. That deposit is fine normally. ACBet has shown evidence strongly suggesting your are related to an organized crime ring, and the money that was deposited was not yours.

This is another case where fraud was alleged. The player received his deposit back.

We'll see if there's anything else we need from ACBet, but they've been thorough in addressing and documenting their evidence to this point.

The player's claiming he opened his account at an internet cafe, explaining why he's linked to several others, though there's additional evidence we're reviewing.

As of right now, it seems that the situation was handled fairly by ACBet. We'll update this thread if anything new comes forward.

There was additional evidence presented to SBR on this. Even without the IP tracking to the internet cafe, there there is convincing proof that the player was using multiple accounts. Not just 2 or 3, but several dozen.
