    Is JetBull Closing up shop soon?

    Been hearing quite a few rumors lately that their main investor is not happy with the project and they might close the shop in the very near future. I've noticed that their are a few SBR posters that are having some payout issues recently, so I can't help but to wonder if their is some truth to this.

    If anyone else knows anything more on this subject, I would be interested in hearing your thoughts that surround this subject.

    There are several complaints of slow-pay, and they don't respond to inquiries for the most part.

    I guess that pretty much about sums it up

    They are licensed in Anjouan and bookmaking in Prague. So that should give players a pretty good idea right there about these rumors.

    Well I requested a payout of over £200 yesterday so I'll report on the matter.
    Unfortunately I did notice yesterday that their live chat was not available during the 2-5pm period that it normally is.

    Anyway, must keep optimistic!

    After this thread was posted i request 450Eur on 28.01 today 03.01 i receive via MB..7day isnt too fast ...

    No it's pretty poor.
    But but atleast they are paying.

    Also I just noticed at 13:59 GMT their live support was available.

    One minute later they went offline.

    It states 1400-1700 they are available but I don't know what time zone this is in.

    It's good to know that they are still paying out at this time Mr.Champi. However, I just have to wonder how much longer that will continue because of everything I've read about them lately. I take it your going to watch from the sidelines for a while before playing there again?

    I requested a payment of over one thousand pounds on 27/01/09. A mate of mine give me a loan of money on the strength of this ( I know very stupid) . Now I dont think I am getting paid. Can anyone help?
    I filled out a form but is there anything else I can do?

    I can confirm that I received my payment today 48 hours after requesting the withdrawal and sending ID.
    I did go on the live chat and mention my concerns over slow payments reported on this site and have woken up to find the money in my account this morning.

    So a good kick up the arse seemed to work this time.

    Hi guys i'm new to this forum my name's Eoin,

    Basically similar story to yourselves ie. slow payout.
    Logged on today to see that there is a new site layout so that gives me some hope that they're not shutting , filled out a complaint form which the guys here are taking care off , thanks lads.
    If i recieve a payout i will post here let others know, by the way i am waiting since 23/1 for a payout.

    Response from Jetbull today in reply to my inquiries about 3 players awaiting payment who have contacted SBR for assistance.


    Dear Pete,

    Thank you for contacting Jetbull support team in regards to the
    withdrawals of this customers.

    We are aware of the fact that some withdrawals are overdue and we apologise for the inconvenience.

    Unfortunately, due to a high amount of requests, we currently have a backlog to credit card and bank transfer withdrawals. Our Risk team is also developing a new security process which will increase further our security for credit card users and speed up future withdrawals.

    The combination of our security development and the high number
    withdrawal requests has created the current backlog. We apologise for the inconvenience caused, our Finance team is dealing with the situation and we are doing our best to process all withdrawals as soon as possible.

    It was by moneybookers. I requested the withdrawal about two weeks ago think it was the 28th. SBR intervened and contacted them to process withdrawals so thanks again.
    With a bit of luck everyone will get paid.

    I received a report this AM that all 3 players have been paid. I will try and confirm. Jetbull did come thru with cooperation on these 3 matters for us and state they will cooperate with us in the future. Time will tell.

    I was unsucesifull in trying to get response from them

    I completed WR and bet over 600.
    Now I still have 49e more showing in accounts to bet. and after I bet 49 there is again 49 to bet?

    - live chat is not functioning at all
    - support not answering at all
    - answer from jetbull we see here in forum are so poor that they are not acceptable.

    please investigate why the hell they are acting such inhuman ?

    jetbull caused extreme delays wit the payout
    after 10 days of trying to communicate with them they:

    first ask me for photo ID which I send
    After 7 days they send me another email asking me for utility bill. I send that too.
    After two days they ask me for another utility bill ?
    (Why didnt they as that at first )
    IT took them 10 days just to receive my documents !

    Now good knows how much more time I will wait before they actually proceed with my payout !

    Hi guys,

    I have been waiting for payment from these since the 23/1 , i initially deposited 170 euro and completed the wagering requirements and requested a withdrawl, i was waiting so long i contacted SBR and pete kindly emailed them for me .

    I have since recieved my initial deposit back of 170 euro but i requested 585 euro which is my full balance , the 585 euro is still showing as pending on my account transactions.

    I am at a bit of a loss now to figure what to do next .

    I have never had any trouble with withdrawing money from Jetbull. And the recent http://www.jetbull.com sponsorship of quite big event (Redbull Crashed Ice Prague 2009) and Jetbull new design shows me, that I will probably have my money safe at Jetbull also in future. This way does not behave online betting company, who wants to leave the market

    I know we all want to get as much for our money as possible, but seriously, could any of you find the place where JetBull is licensed in an atlas without it being pointed out to you?

    There would have to be 50, maybe even 100 books with better credentials than this lot...

    Today filled out a complaint form. Jetbull is something unbelievable. I made a cash-out in 26 of january. And still no money in my bank account! I am talking about 2600 euro. In total I have deposited there about 600.
    Every time I contact them they say I will get my money next week. And this saying I hear every week.

    Just awful sportsbook!!!

    First off, Welcome to the SBR forum

    The JetBull customer service has always been brutal to deal with if you were lucky enough to even speak with them in some type of fashion (not an easy thing to do, trust me).

    I am still waiting. Wait, when was it? Can not remember, I guess it was 26 of January when I requested my money. One week they say I will get paid soon, next week I get a message like I got some time ago - backlogs an' all that stuff. Then again person on live chat says that all backlogs are solved and I am in the priority list and will get paid in a couple of days. No money again.. and then I get message that my account is under security investigation. They ask me to tell them if I have any other accounts - No, I have not. After my honest answer I get message saying that I will get paid within next 3-4 working days. This is the end.. so far, probably next week I will have to continue this fairy tale.

    I had an 8 day wait fairly recently, for a 3 figure £GBP sum, but I did get paid. I waited 7 days as I recall, then sent an email, got a response, and my funds the following day.

    It seems that Jetbull has cut off ties with me. On February 10th, they said they would work with us.
