Also from his position in the management board he was part of the success that made the bookmaker grow and turn into one of the most respected bookmakers in Scandinavia. His personal email address is: JN@xlbet.com. The head of the odds department is Kasper Nemeth. He has his experience from the Danish monopoly, Danske Spil, where he was a leading odds compiler for 7 years and help build up the entire odds department at Danske Spil.

    xlbet

Experiences with this company seems to be in short supply!
I opened an account there in January this year. The website, the odds were fine. The deposit was 170$ (strange figure!) and the 50% bonus 85$. The WR was x 5 @ minimum 1.5. They also have a very generous points conversion system in place for free bets. So far so good.
I have only recently tried to withdraw, as I have won a fair bit from them over the ensuing months, and I need the money. But now they tell me that I have to complete a 640$ WR on some peculiar thing called eSports, before any withdrawal can be allowed. What eSports is I have no idea (a computer game I think); I've googled it but I'm no wiser; I actually don't want to know what it is!
I have sent them a copy of the T&Cs that I printed off on joining them. No mention of eSports. Several people joined at the same time as I did, but they seemed to go for the bonus and get out (this info from MSE). They were similarly complimentary about the site and the odds, and extremely complimentary about the efficiency and speed of payouts. And nobody said a word about eSports - they certainly would have, if they had been stopped withdrawing!
I have placed over 10K$ of bets with them, so have done the equivalent of multiple WRs on football. They seem to have introduced this condition retrospectively to put off dealing with my withdrawal request. I very definitely wouldn't have even opened the acount in the first place, had it been clear that I would have had these strange bets to place as part of the WR, and it would have been fully discussed on MSE.
I have not got too aggressive with them yet, as that doesn't always pay, but since they told me about the eSports WR, they have not replied to any e-mails, nor the copy I sent of the T&Cs. I have not yet telephoned.
I'm looking for help really, advice about how to continue, anybody else's experiences and so on. Thanks in advance!

I doubt there is much more you can do than keep nagging on them. As mentioned here in the thread they seem like an alright bunch of people, so maybe you could try reasoning with them.

If not.. then you would simply have to wager on esports. But I am guessing you are using arbitrage betting as you keep mentioning moneysavingexpert and you realize now that there isn't a whole lot of markets up for these events. To reduce variance I would just flat bet $10-20 (whatever you are comfortable with) around evens and hope to get 50% of the bets right. If your balance is low (ish) then you could try betting at a longshot (football or anything) and betting it off at another book, but not using the full stake at the other bookie, so if you keep winning at XLBet this should add extra profits to your balance.

I don't think there is much anyone here can do to a niche place like this. They aren't exactly targetting the mainstream gambler. I know it can be a pain in the *** when terms are changed, but it happens to everyone at some point.

    Good luck anyway.

Thanks chopsticks. I suppose I was dreading being told I had no chance of getting my money out, but it doesn't look that bad! As I said I have not gone anywhere near pressing them enough, so that is obviously my next step(s).

I did some searching and found a few mentions of people with the same problem, although not this long after they changed their terms. From what I have read nobody has gotten out of the eSports wagering requirement after xlbet insists that you have to do it.

It wouldn't hurt to try sending a complaint and maybe get the ball rolling. Who knows there may be lots of other people out there in the same predicament.

Thanks chopsticks, I really appreciate your help. I have sent one more pleading e-mail tonight, to see if that gets a response. I have tried the phone number, it seems to get picked up, nobody speaks, then it's cut off. So no contact that way!
I propose to apply for a withdrawal on Monday whether I get a reply or not, and see what happens.
    Then follow your suggestion.

Decided to do a bit of googling, discovered the founder of xlbet (Jacob Nielsen) and it includes his e-mail address (if you can believe it, though there is no reason not to).
I would be prepared to send a grovelling plea direct to the man himself on the off-chance that it might work, but I'll wait till after Monday anyway.

I have an account there but rarely use it. I have not had any problems, though.

Pretty much every book which has been featured by MSE, goes on to have slow pay issues due to a flood of bonus hunters descending on them. When it comes to this industry MSE is highly irresponsible IMHO.

i'm not a fan of MSE, but for me obviously the books are reponsible, not some forum. if a bonus causes a book to slow-pay, the bonus was too generous in the first place and shouldn't have been offered or should have been cut.
a lot of books nowadays simply don't seem to understand the only kind of punters they are getting offering huge bonuses without properly advertising them to recreational bettors and rely on forums to spread the news, are the kind of bonushunting bettors no book should even want in the first place.

No question that the ultimate responsibility lies with the book.

MSE however has a huge following of people who will look to save money or make money by just about whatever means possible. When they feature ways to save on insurance premiums or get the get "free" money from a bank there isnīt a problem because these organisations have very deep pockets.

When MSE encourage those people to take advantage of an offer at a relatively small sportsbook however, they MUST know that they are potentially going to cause a problem.

true, but i'm sure mse doesn't think of this as their responsibility. they might be causing a problem, but it's not their problem.
every book out there should be aware there is someting like an mse-effect (there are other forums as well) and act accordingly. if they don't and do crazy offers without any (for example geographical) restriction, they weren't competent in the first place, and if not mse, something else would have gotten them in trouble (like an online casino with a -10% edge for example ).

Guys I am really scared about my money there ! I am sending mails to the support and received answer like - the withdrawal will be processed next week ! This was last friday and still no money ! Today i tryed their live chat and the guy told me everything will be ok if their risk department doesnt say something else . He told me my account is ok but after that i received this e-mail chat answer -

So you don’t want to play more at XLBet – or what I tell our risk department?

I am sure the process will be faster if you just request a 50% of the withdrawal now and leave the rest for betting or a needed pay out next month

But your decision of course – as I said would just remove ALL concerns of you being bonus hunter

I am really worried ! Pls can u give me advice what to do in this situation ? I think i will never see my money

The next e-mail form their support ! I wrote them again and received this -

    Dear sior,
Please dont worry - we will not treat you unfair.
Our risk department will get back to me shortly with a fair solution for me to pass to you..

What does it mean . For them fair can be to suspend my account . It is unbelieveble

Hello again ! After 2 weeks of waiting i manage to withdraw 450$ ! My withdrawal was for 900$ . I dont want to complain but i want to post here their e-mail just for this guys that want to try xlbet :

    Dear sir,

Below remarks from our risk department.

It seems obvious that there is being taken advantage of our bonus in this situation - betting just up to the required amount and then requesting a withdraw, just to be informed of the E-sport rules and then again bet just up to the required amount before asking for a FULL withdrawal.

But to give user benefit of the doubt, we see no reason in closing the account (despite having the right to), if the user shows some interest in our product by minimizing his withdrawal to USD 450 for now,

We will then process pay out right away and let him keep betting at XLBet.

    Please inform client of above
    Support: support@xlbet.com
    Web: www.xlbet.com

So you should know that u cant just play there and make the rollover . You should play there a lot and after that if they decide you are not a bonus hunter ... you can withdraw some money . And of course even then they have the next rule :

XLBet™ will always have the right to deny a client the opening of betting account and reserves the right to close any account without providing any information or explanation.

When you make deposit there and get the bonus you need to know this - betting in xlbet is marriage ... with children ! You cant just quit cause if u quit with the money you are "bonus hunter" .
Thanks for the guys that helped me with advices ! They are great !

Glad to see that you at least got part of your money out.

I think that this 50% thing may be their policy for the moment, I say this because you were asked (suggested) previously by their CS to reduce your payout request by half and surprise, surprise the "Risk" department say the same thing.

IMHO, as I mentioned in our PM exchange, they are basically a decent book who have made a mistake by allowing themselves to be hammered by Money Saving Expert members and are still suffering as a result.

They are not a runaway stealing bookie. They pay you if you are not a bonus abuser.

Try actually playing through more than the exact wagering requirement and then withdrawing all your money immediately. They paid me just fine last month. I did actually withdraw everything that was left but I had money in there for like 6 months.

What exactly means "bonus abuser"? If a book does not want to pay you, says that you are a bonus abuser. Thegreek for instance says, that we can make a withdraw with not to lose our bonus, but first have to place at least 2 bets in a week for one month. Scam books never says that. They just say to players "You are a bonus abuser" and after that steal our money.

I am pretty sure I have read on here that XLbet have said similar things, i.e. that you can withdraw part of the balance and then play with the rest (show interest in the product I think they called it)..

It is just rude to never wager a penny more than you have to.

Are they for real ? I am looking at T@C and scratching my head
Thinking who is the fvcking genius that came up with this term .

    Look
XLBetTM may disclose your personal information to other parts of the XLBetTM group and selected third parties with whom XLBetTM have contractual relationships and they in turn may disclose the information on to parties with whom they have a contractual relationship.

LOL Hahaha . In other words they can pass your personal info to 3ed party and 3ed party can pass you personal info to another 3ed party (Selected party )
Means to anyone they feel like .When you sign up you automatically agree to this wonderful terms
Another great term XLBetTM does not accept users in the betting industry or users being a professional gamblers (People who make most of their living from gambling)
