SIA---first VOID my bet,than LOST
One more time I'm disappoint with Sportsinteraction.
I have put 470e on NHL match Minnesota at Anaheim 1st period,on Anaheim
And than my bet is voided.OK good for me,Minnesota win 3:0
But,after the match they have take my void bet into lost!
SBR rating b+ !!??
Is that fair?I don't think so

Is there any reason why the bet should have been void?
The odds are in the market range, so it is not a bad line. -110 was SIAs opening price so I presume the bet was placed hours before the start.

When bet is void that is it.I don't know for their reasons.Probably they have some reasons when bet claim void.
What if Anaheim win this?Should they make correction and give me my money?I don't think so.
It's not fair to do correction AFTER the match,before is OK and acceptable but after bookmaker can do what they will.
Just I don't understand this like fair play
I am not sure what time-zone you are in but if it is GMT +1 or GMT +2 4:29am suggests that the bet was shown as void AFTER the end of the first period i.e graded incorrectly. It was then graded correctly as a loss.Originally Posted by seljak

Given that there is no reason at all for the bet to be voided, I would expect so, yes.
The mistake was grading it as void in the first place.
Have you had any cases of having legitimate winning bets voided by SIA?

Actually yes 2 times before but I can see just one(bets in 30 last days only can see on SIA)

That was no incorrect line...2.70 was on Pinnacle and 5dimes too....odds was OK.
But match is void BEFORE start of the match but couple hours after my placing so I have no noted that and not win money...no email from them,nothing,man just must pray to bet is not void when play with SIA...
I like to bet on SIA but now I'm not sure when is my bet placed and when is not.They always can say incorrect line or some error or something else...that is not professional at all...

You might have a claim on the Tokyo bet, you have none on the NHL one.

I have had this problem a quick email to customer service and it will be corrected
they're shady book and they misgraded my bets so many times but it will be resolved if you notified them. It sucks for the dumb asses who wager multiple games and doesnt keep track on their account statement, those would be the action junkie degenerate.
