i've decided to create new threads for each day of WSEX's non payment. This is 100% **** up, as they cannot even promise or forecast any payment dates.

and mods, don't even try to merge them as this is unheard of within A+ rated books family. bigboydan: do not try your generic responses here like "fill out complaint form" as this situation as a whole should warrant SBR to take action on their own immediately.

The poster WSEX visits here rarely, so no use of contacting him, as well as other WSEX CS people.

I was and still am considering this. there are issues though, for example i still don't know if I lose my free deposit privileges at pinnacle. their cs couldn't really tell me, all they were saying was ATAs (account to account transfers) and wouldn't let me explain this is not what i want.

Actually I did transfer $30,000 to WSEX's sister book, Matchbook.

Of course they don't seem keen on payouts either.

WSEX book is horrible.... Still waiting for a Payout from 12/5...... They gave some lame excuse two weeks ago and said they would send FEDEX and would take 5-7 business days and still nothing. I came to this site and did my research and decided to go with this book cause of the ratings. The A+ rating is total BS !!! I did better with Bodog. My buddy with Bodog and I both asked for a withdraw on the same day. And he was paid long ago.

I had to wait 21 Days for a Fed Ex Check Last Dec....WSEX is slow with Payouts..although Last Fed Ex Check took only 16 Days so thats an improvement

15 checks for me in the last two months. fedex two days, regular mail < 3 weeks every single time. on one of the mail checks they emailed me and said they were concerned it would not come in the listed time period so they would replace it free of charge fedex and it came the next day. doesn't get much better than that.

which makes the whole thing baffling since they use the same processors as wsex.

thanks for the warning durito. is there a place that would let me withdraw to Neteller money I had transfered to them? After a rollover of course.

the thing with pinnacle is a little puzzling. if WSEX would pay me to Neteller and then i'd transfer it to them the cost they incur is much higher (considering the amount) than getting a wire (or whatever way books transact with eachother) from WSEX. Especially that i don't do it and don't plan to. it would be a one off thing.

i don't get it either, seems rather excessive. and due to my moving countries this was actually a big deal for me for a few months. I decided not having funds at pinnacle for a little while was better than having to pay for deposits for the rest of my life.


you should be able to transfer to matchbook and pull that out to neteller (again I have no idea then why wsex can't just send it to neteller) you can transfer to greek (4x rollover) and pull out to neteller I believe. bookmaker also, i think it's only a 1x rollover there, but it probably costs $300.

WSEX is still slowpaying Neteller accounts for non-US citizens. They insist it is technical issues related to Neteller. Considering Pinny processed a Neteller request in 2 hours, this clearly is not true. It's just been three days for me, but no one else takes so long for Neteller, and I haven't been paid yet.

First off, Welcome to the SBR forum

Most books that mainly service U.S. players rarely ever keep their Neteller accounts fully funded at all time. Now what even makes matters worse is that NT cut out the floats books use to be able roughly 3 years ago. Anyways, it should take them roughly 7-10 days to fund that processor and you should get your funds shortly after. Unless of course they were one of the selected few books that had their NT account frozen by the U.S. government, in which could be a whole another story.

Managed to log in and even speak about my withdrawal problems on Live Chat. This is how the conversation goes:

WSEX: Good evening how may I assist you?
ewp: Good evening
ewp: How long should a bank draft take to arrive?
ewp: I am from UK
WSEX: A request done through regular mail takes about 20 business days. A request made through fed ex takes about 7 business days
ewp: so what is the status of my bank check requested on 2nd January?
WSEX: How did you request the funds through courier or regular mail
ewp: regular mail
WSEX: The information has already been sent over to the processors
ewp: so when should I expect to receive it?
WSEX: At the moment I will not be able to give a definite time as is it not posted on the processors end
ewp: and what about my check requested on 3rd December?
ewp: are you still there?
ewp: I take that as a no

I don't know if your checks are being lost or not. I know the writing on checks can be taken off chemically and then the criminal has a blank check. I just wouldn't trust it to make it through 2 seperate mail systems.

Plus with the way they change banks and processors nowadays, I want my check ASAP so I can get it deposited quick.

And anyone inside the industry will tell you that all US serving sportsbooks change processors and banks accounts frequently to stay ahead of the US government. So they have to close accounts sometimes frequently, which causes checks to bounce. I don't know if they operate differently for their UK bettors or not.

And no I am not a WSEX shill, if that were the case then why would I have been putting all my efforts into praising DSI, their competitor, lately?
