On October 9th, I bet the following prop at JustBet: Owen Daniels -5.5 Receiving Yards -140 vs Kevin Boss, risking $350 to in $250. Daniels had 89 yards receiving to Kevin Boss' none. In fact, Boss was not even targeted, however he did play (and started).

After getting nowhere with JustBet CS, I filed a complaint with SBR and was contacted by Lou on October 14th. First I sent him screenshots and a video montage of Boss playing in the game.

After being told that the point of contention was not whether or not he played, but whether or not he STARTED (this is fair as the wager stated that both players must start for action) I sent Lou 2 separate video clips. The first was of the broadcasting crew going through the Oakland starting lineup, during which they not only show Boss but specifically mention him by name and point out that he could be a key to the game for the Raiders. The second is of the Raiders breaking the huddle on their first play. Boss is shown for a very short period of time, but he is seen. I showed edited this part into slow motion as it could be somewhat easy to miss in real time. This was on October 18th.

Having heard nothing back by the 28th, I sent Lou a followup email just asking where we stood and if there was any update to report, even if that update was to say that there had been no progress.

I still have not heard back from Lou.

It is now November 9th, 1 month since the prop was misgraded and since I have not heard back from Lou in nearly 3 weeks (not even a "sorry, they won't budge" or an "I'm working on it"), I decided to make a thread here.

Since I doubt I can post a video here (if I upload clips from an NFL game to Youtube, they will no doubt be taken down quickly) I will post a few screen shots from the video I sent Lou showing Boss starting against the Texans on October 9th.

I understand the prop being misgraded initially, since Boss was not in the box score, but once presented with clear evidence that he did in fact start, re-grading this prop is a no brainer. If JustBet is willing to swindle someone over a measly $250 prop, what else are they willing to do?

Are they just too stubborn to admit they made a mistake? Or is $250 so important to them because they are insolvent? Certainly makes you wonder.

Don't think they are trying to swindle $250. You just haven't spoken to the right people, sad to say. On another note, one month without resolution by SBR is just silly.

So at this point I cant understand why they wouldnt grade it correctly. How was that prop graded at other books? Alot of books use the same lists of props so somebody had to have had that line other than JustBet. I am so glad I dont play there anymore. Its always something with that book.

Do you have a source saying he "started"? I've never heard of a player prop worded that way -- it is usually participated. But they say "start". Did he start?

Justin alot of the props I read say that both players must start. At least that is what I see at 5Dimes. And the player clearly started the game and was listed on the starting lineup as shown in the video clips the player posted. I will do a little digging myself to see what I can find elsewhere to help the man get his money.

Yeah, the prop was in fact word that way, although that really makes no sense (aside from QB vs QB props). Some of JustBet's props say that both players must start for action, some say that both must play for action. Boss did in fact start though, I have video proof of this which I sent to Lou 3 weeks ago. Never heard back

I don't think he was targeted at all. I believe Chris@theGreek is mistaken about that. I watched pretty much all of Oakland's offensive plays while capturing and editing clips to send to Lou.

football props are usually not worded "started" and they shouldnt be. unless a player plays special teams, he does not start the game for his team. and even if you skip that, half the time the defense would start.

nobody should be forced to go through all this to get a simple wager graded correctly. wow

In baseball that would be easy to do (well, FAR easier). In football, a guy can be out there all afternoon, and you can never hear his name or number.

It takes them a month to correct a wager that was obviously won.... that about sums it up at Just Bet.

We were not aware of the incident.

As Lou stated the complaint that was sent was filtered as spam and Lou never got the to view and notify us about the incident.

The Bishop could have also requested to speak with a manager and try to deal with it at that time.

I just see it as issue reviewed and solved in favor of the customer.

The $250 was credited to my account as was the $50 freeplay which I did not ask for nor expect.

I was under the impression that Lou had been in contact with JustBet management and they were unwilling to budge, hence me starting this thread. It appears this was not the case. My apologies and thanks to JustBet for making things right.

When I talked to the CS rep she told me she had talked to the prop department and they told her that Boss did not play. I figured that meant that the prop manager was aware of it.

I wonder if others were affected by this misgrade. Will Justbet go back and re-grade all tickets on this prop, or just the people that post their case on forums. JB cs, aside from Sharky, was plain terrible.

Books should fix their wording on these props. They are all copied from the greek where the rule is players must play not start. What is starting in football mean anyway? What if they went no TE formation on the first play of the game.

I had this issue with a pph that kept canceling an nba prop on me for a player because he didnt start, but the player was not a starter so he was obviously never going to start.
