In the last week, i received that email for canbet:

So, its easy, i make a deposit of 200EUR i will get 60EUR bonus, and after that, i just need to bet 6 times 260EUR or 1560EUR in total, right?

NO!!!

In your account you have "two types" of money the Real Money and the Bonus Money, to yoy bet the Bonus Money you need to bet all the Real Money First, that is, you need to do a ALL IN SIX TIMES to do the rollover!!!!

So, i ask: What can i do? That is not honest!!!

rollover always = bonus money plus deposited money usually x5.

I'm sorry, they duped me in the same way. I would love it if someone has actually claimed the bonus, and they could tell me that they actually won it. I would be shocked to find anyone here who has actually benefited in any way from that bonus offer.

all these stories of bonus problems, are they worth it ? just leave the bonus and make things simple for yourself

All I can say, I don't think that is "standard terms and conditions". Canbet makes you risk your money all at once, other places, you make smaller reasonable bets, and you work your way up to the bonus slowly. Canbet is scamming people who are willing to make small deposits with them, and then they trick you on the bonus, which is supposed to be larger than most other places, but it turns out you can't ever get it from them.

Send an e-mail around the time of meeting the rollover, stating that your records show you've bet such and such amount, and if they can verify that as well as the amount of the remaining rollover. That way you have a record. Having to bet a few dollars more doesn't really seem to be anything to get uptight about.

I don't believe that Canbet would ask you to bet everything at once.

Just to confirm as per our terms and conditions if there was any confusion you need to bet through 360 Euro through the bonus money to satisfy this bonus, betting through your own money does not count as turnover I am sorry, the turnover will count when you have exhausted your real funds then you may bet through the bonus amount thank you.

Going by that e-mail, it's just a certain type of bonus. A somewhat useless one, because it only goes in effect after you've lost your funds. Similar to the insurance that some books offer for losses.

Obviously that e-mail is different from the rules stated in the first post.
Canbet needs to clean that up.

Canbet's betting operations remain top of the line, as far as I'm concerned.

8% deposit bonus rules, it's similar as the above complaints.

Just to confirm turnover for your bonus amount does not count when you are using your own funds to bet with, turnover will only count as per our conditions when you have exhausted your own funds and then you may use the bonus amount to meet the turnover requirements

If you have $x real money and $x balance, and you wager from your real balance first, can't you place a bet on something that settles in 7 days for example and then immediately wager from the bonus balance therefore turning it over at least once? If the bonus money bet wins and returns winnings to the real balance, repeat until you have turned over the bonus money?
