I just cannot understand how bet365 gets a A- rating
This has been SBR Sportsbook review last 3 updates for Bet365 ratings..Can SBR explain to me how they got from a C- book to A- in 7 months!!!!No explanation how the jumped from C- to A-...Great job SBR!!!This book screwed me for many dollars this year....i reported it to SBR and never got a response.I guess Bet365 must grease someone that works at SBR.

If you submitted a complaint, a copy of it was emailed to you. Forward that to Justin at Sportsbookreview, and I'll look at it. I handle most Bet365 issues.
Bet365 has worked very well with SBR, and we have no outstanding complaints where Bet365 and SBR disagreed. They are treating players fairly, and your money is safe there. I expect they will become an A book soon.

If you did nothing wrong, you are entitled to your winnings. Forward your complaint to me if you are owed.
they are no different now than when they were A 5 years ago or C last year, only that they stopped advertising for a while.

I never understood how bet365 went from c- to a either.
If a book goes from an a to c- we'd have a list of reason why.
It's curious how there is no explanation for this.
They have no explanation!!the reason im upset with SBR is that when u post A-,u think great book (ur in the same league as Pin,Greek,5D)so i decide to deposit BUT after winning and wanting to withdraw..... BOOM shit hits the fan.In conclusion SBR gets paid to keep this website running so they get greased by books to advertise them as a great book,which is not the case.I do business with 2 lower rated books and one very high rated book and never did i had a serious issue like i had with 365.So now SBR will correct there ratings on 365 and post great resolved issues that occured with clients and 365 and that will convince new clients that 365 is a great book.
to be honest, bet365 is an A+ book
they are the biggest book in the world, your money there is safe, they have the best and most expensive live wagering proprietary software, offer the biggest range of bets than any other bookmaker
the only downside to bet365 is that they are a recreational book only and do not tolerate sharp action
other than that I think that if there are no outstanding disputes I dont see how they could be anything less than A rated

can you please tell us what happened exactly?
if they did wrong by you all you have to do is submit a complaint to sbr and you will get your money, but you sound dodgy and like you are trying to avoid explaining what exactly happened
Agree with everything else you say but they are actually only the 4th biggest book in the UK (technically they are Gibraltar based).

ok let me rephrase, they are the biggest online book in the world
and the only reason why companies like william hill or ladbroakes are bigger in terms of revenue is because they have betting parlours in every corner of the UK and all around the world
the issue lasted for about 3 months and it had to do with withdraw methods...i asked to withdraw one way and they decided to use another (without notifying me)The main problem with 365 is that they send u no email or letter proving the details of the withdrawal.....so when issues like this arise u have no evidence on the withdraw.
this also happened to me 3-4 months ago, I think they had at the time changed their policy about withdrawals whereby you cannot simply chose any method you want to withdraw, you have to withdraw using the same method you used during the latest deposit. Yes they should have given out warnings some time before hand but I am sure the policy change is for security reasons and to avoid fraud, anyhow I have not experience any problems with withdrawals despite the policy change
what exactly is your beef with them? did you not get your money or are you just pissed off they changed your withdrawal method?
LOL.... i didn't get my money,long story mushroom....withdrew a couple of times with no issues then they raised my withdraw amount,when i reached that amount that's when the problem occurred (end of story)My main issue is with SBR..How does a book go from C rating to A- rating in 7 mths without explanation.I decided to deposit money in 365 on the info based on SBR rating them a A- book.Anyways go Bama ML -70

well it was a correction, they are an A book, A- is low in my opinion
why would it not be A? they have no complaints against bet365, if you submit a complaint and it is resolved, they will keep their A status, if they do not cooperate they will be downgraded
but until you submit a complaint noone will take you seriously
They r a great book!!!they offer so many sports to wager on...there live in play is awesome.U need to be very cautious....i guess like every other book.
i did send one...GL on todays plays mushroom.

i think what hes saying is the LACK of issues is what has brought this book back up to an A- book.
thats like asking someone to prove god doesnt exist. how can you provide a list of the lack of problems?
its a good and fun book with really good live betting, lots of bet options spanning various sports/props and a decent live casino and an ok poker room with a decent interface and same day withdrawals by some methods, ok bonuses, decent lines, many live streaming hard-to-find video streams right there on the site etc etc.
no shill. these are just the facts.
PS- they have the worst customer service working live chat of any of the 20ish online books ive tried.

it shocks me when I hear people say that, because Ive contacted customer service many times either through live chat or email, and they are always fast, polite and helpful

when i talk to them it seems like they dont know what im talking about or worse what they're talkin about- maybe 2 outta 5 people ive connected with there- just seemed like space fillers off the street that had no idea about anything and responded slowly.
i wasnt even complaining to them, just asking some very simple basic questions.
great book though. my favorite right now.

Basically yes. If you beat them or hit soft lines with any consistency they will limit your maximum bet size to pennies.
