    Default Intertops, hack/prank/?

    This has been an interesting past 90 minutes. I go on to their live chat to see when a bet would be graded, they said around 1-1 1/2 hour. I am like coo, sign off of the chat.

    Fall asleep watching 'are you afraid of the dark'. Wake back up, I log back into my inter tops only to get this really scary message saying my account has been disabled.

    I go on to talk to them, they said I,came in and talked to them about an hour ago saying I wanted to close out my account. So they closed my account. I am like, no sir. I would never do that. I have not called anyone. I talked to you in livechat that is it. They were like, well we got a call from some-one. I can re-enable the account. They did. They said they were forwarding this issue over to some VIP thing.
    No idea, how they will catch the guy, or why anybody would give an F. Or how someone even has my password. I hope Intertops asked the guy for my password.

    Really scared right now, I changed all my passwords including on this site. But It just does not make sense, it does not make sense.

    This is what i found out, i went to talk to them tonight.
    And apparently when you call them up, you ONLY need a user ID. Or a the person's name. You don't need a password, they don't ask you any questions.
    Right now, they said they have forwarded it to the VIP of Security or something like that. VIP something.

    Something just doesn't add up

    They said they could see the originating number, but would not give it to me.

    Obviously this number is not mine, but here is an idea. call up the dumb-mofo who tried to do it.

    So what they are saying is someone could call up and spit out an account number and they would close the account?? I dont buy that. Live chat was either pissed off or fat fingered something because they should not have reopened you account that easy either. Did they say why the person closed your account?

    They would not tell me, they are not given me any more information then. Some one called up yesterday, around 130amish and closed my account.

    I say around 130amish because around 1am, i went on live chat and asked when the wash/zona game would be graded because it was a little while after the game. They told me an answer.

    I fall asleep, then go back around 230 and it said my account was disabled, go back on live chat to find out some mystery person closed my account.......

    And on intertops, you can just give them a user id(that you made up), so i ts just not spitting out numbers.
    You can also just give them a name. So if someone knows your name, they can close your account.

    I am a patient guy, but Intertops still has not emailed me what they found out. It took place early sunday morning. Will I ever find out?

    They are still playing games with me on there, saying the VIP agent has been gone for the last two days. I don't know if I feel safe there if their security is so damn lax I want some f'ing answers.

    Okay got an email today guys, and found out my account was closed on error by a new staff member. after they reviewed all the phone calls from the day.
    all is well.
    In the email they said they have re-told their employees that they need to ask the customer all security questions and they need to be answered correct.
    i just don't get though, how you 'accidently ' close it, and then how you don't know you closed it. But eh, i moved on, at least its not some crazed mofo.
    They also gave me a 25 dollar free play.(no roll over yah!)

    Intertops is one of the worst Sportsbook's I've had the misfortune to deal with. To all playrers, please exercise caution with this Spoprtsbook.
