Once i got past the cut and paste answer from CS--they admitted they are making some changes today. man, can't you do that at like 3 in the morning EST?
I am in and out now--gonna be one of those mornings. I still love you Pinny, but give us morning guys a break.

They will deny this, but I believe they are fending off attacks again. they are excluding whole geographic areas in terms of IP addresses. To get access u have to endure them telling you its your fault. Once you tell them u know its not you and its them, then and only then they tell u to send them your IP address. THEN they let u back in. Just crazy, but we went thru this abt a month ago. same scenario.
Save yourself some time--send them your IP address up front.
